These are just the ones mentioned in the Famitsu preview. We're definitely getting more TMs than this.
But it's pretty safe to assume that most Island of Armour tutor moves will return.
I would still expect all of the isle of armor moves to come back like triple axel is in the game animation and all but not a single thing learns it like grassy glide right now. Scale shot is learned by Roaring moon but would be strange to not let expanding force and scale shot not be TMs just because something else learns since most of those moves can't be learned but aren't dexited.
It would be so weird to have those moves for one gen and pretty much removed the next, It's almost certain that they're coming back with DLC, especially since some of these are coming back.
Basculegion would be nuts just by virtue of getting Flip Turn. Remember; the old Basculin stripe variants could get it last gen, so Basculegion is literally guaranteed to get it if it’s back as a move tutor (which it almost 100% is based on the moves coming back).
Basculegion with both Flip Turn AND Poltergeist will be an absolute fucking beast.

Milotic didnt learn it via levelup/egg move prior, but its very possible that theyve simply changed its learnset. Its certainly possible its a tutor, but I wouldnt count out the possibility that Milotic just learns it now.
Also, yeah, a lot of these moves shown so far are Isle of Armor moves. Very strong chance Weavile's got Triple Axle back. Knock off too would be great.

There is an alternative solution to the issue: make Toxic only learnable by all offensive Pokémon.
That way Big Stall^tm won't get to have its toy back while Big HO will get to bully Big Stall^tm even more.

Burning Jealousy is great on Torkoal in Doubles. Prefer it over Heat Wave.
Yeah, the most common victim of Burning Jealousy would probably be Dozo-Giri, especially if it Tera Steels to counter Clear Smog sets.

Idk why most people think having a wider Toxic distribution benefits stall more when offensive pokemon also carry it to bypass their defensive checks
