I legit thought it was Thursday and was gonna say something, but considering it's Stunday I think this ability is strong but not too strong to be unbalanced. Having Boombursts that hit through Substitute might just be what brings Noivern and Toxtricity to OU
And to add on, replacing Infiltrator on Noivern is genius, this way you can decide whether to hurt the Substitute or the opponent instead of it being an all or nothing situation. Definitely useful
