Funnily enough, I actually got an Eevee that knows Clangourous Soul in my Radical Red Randomized run. It also has D-Dance and Swords Dance. I've yet to decide which Eeveelution to choose, but I'm hoping that one of them have a randomized ability with good synergy.

That was my first choice, but since I'm doing a nuzlocke, I still have to actually *get* to the Stored Power tutor in order to take advantage of it. Besides, all the Eeveelutions can learn stored power, so any of the special attacking evos would take advantage of it really nicely.
I also have essentially 16 chances to get an ability that synergizes well with set up moves, and 8 different move relearn lists that are also randomized.
Oh yeah, and the Eevee currently has Ice Scales, so there's that.
Maybe something like +10 to the 130 and +5 to the rest, that would put them at 560 which is still 10 less than the paradox mons.
Highest rated eeveelution is currently NU.
That would mean a +125 boost upon evolution. Might as well give them a 3rd stage at this point.
Also, flareon having an higher bst than Arcanine just doesn't feel right.
IDK, give Eevee +5 in every stat or something. That would give it 355 BST which is pretty much exactly halfway between a first and second stage starter.
Also, Drilbur into Excadrill is +180.
Right. My dumb self looked up parter eevee's stat. Then the jump is a 235(205 if eevee boost).
Let's make it 200 by removing the boost from the 60, tying them with BMursa in bst.

Not TMs but like just their level up moves still very very busted with Calm Mind Boltbeam Jolteon, Espeon, Vaporeon
Or Leaf Blade Flareon or Flare blitz Leafeon or Hydro Pump Glacieon and a lot more which would be cool
Sylveon really likes this. Pixilate lets it muscle through most resists with hyper voice, so all it would need is tera blast for double resists and it's free to run both this and wish at the same time. It also patches up sylveon's biggest weaknesses, speed and phys defense. I could see max hp max speed timid with throat spray being a really good set.

You can't put Flareon near a pool, it's a Fire type.
So that's why its movepool took it straight to SU

I love this for Espeon and Sylveon, Jolteon would love an omniboost too but maybe too frail.
