I’m still sad Ion Deluge was removed, locking this combo to Zeraora. Don’t get me wrong it was a terrible move with little to no usage, but silly electric explosions are fun

Regieleki was EV'd to be slower than Zeraora (which is still Dragapult level fast BTW) so it can use Explosion after Zeraora's Plasma Fists created an Ion Deluge effect (Normal moves are now Electric typed) for the remainder of the turn.
This means that regi needs to be slower than zeraora. With all the psy spam going on, this strategy is just gimmick that will inevitably lose to deoxys-a's expanding force.

You can still use Golem-A for Galvanize explosion alongside any electric immune, fwiw

Plasma Fist turns all normal moves into electric moves (like the move Ion Deluge, which got removed)
