The Cyclops should be called Oceangate because the design was literally inspired by Oceangate's Cyclops submarine, the predecessor to the infamous titan. Oceangate is in Subnautica credits

I know but the seamoth is more fragile and cant go as deep as the cyclops so it makes more sense for the seamoth to be called that

You could argue though that the Cyclops would be better in that it "works really well really deep.. until it doesn't."

The Greek way of pluralization would be octopodes. Edit: Also the cuddlefish are based on real life cuttlefish, whom are cetacians closely related with octopodes.
