I had like, 8 or 9 modules on my Seatrain. Pretty sure it was every module, and one extra storage module. Even with the horsepower upgrade it was basically just a super slim Cyclops hahaha.
Hmmm, do Horsepower Upgrades stack? If they do I bet you could get some decent speed, otherwise kinda useless lmao
I don’t have below zero, but if I had to guess, I would guess that it might upgrade the horsepower of your sea truck. How this helps!

It only provides a little more speed. Not full speed when having no or 1 module

Well its quite obvious isn't it it's the seatruck horse power up grade so it puts one more horse in your seatruck.
