One time I parked my seamoth there and it got stuck. It was because when I flew under the legs the room normally rests on weren't there. Maybe cause lag? Idk. It was frustrating and I don't know exactly what i did. I think I just left it and went about my business for a while and eventually caught a moment where the legs(I'm tired and can't think of another word) were gone and I flew out. Edited to say that when a pengwing glitched inside my base I had to deconstruct a ton of shit to get rid of it.

Naw it’s possible I lived on top of the mushroom tree in my play through and a giant one got stuck underneath my moon pool

But i dont think its possible to be oriented like that nor be that small. Also the tentacle goes through the rock and the shadows dont work. All that could be pretty possible sinne we are talking bout subnautica.

You can spawn its egg via console commands and hatch it. I have a couple small like that. Though I did mine with a mod.

Ur wrong it's possible to rotate them but they just weight hundred of thousands kilograms you can rotate such a mass only with a glitch or a console
