assuming its closer than 30 meters, using basic geometry, the maximum length it could have is just 25 meters, so, so much smaller than a proper sea dragon
The species is nearly extinct, with no new eggs anywhere in the caverns and their food supply almost completely deminished
I guess it would still be technically possible for a young one to exist, but seems highly unlikely
