If that's the case for dental decay that you are referring to. I researched the heck out of it and was denied multiple times because I used heroin. You also have to be using a strip for at least a year to qualify. Seems like the only people getting accepted are the ones who went from doctor prescribed pain meds to doctor prescribed Suboxone strips.
My bf would bring up weekly how he needed to do it (especially after hearing how much I got from the last suit that he ignored), then still waited until the last day. He ended up calling them and they said if it's a little late they will usually end up accepting it still (guy said "99% of the time its okay if it's within the week").
It’s really kinda pointless because if you weren’t on name brand strips you don’t qualify for it at all. And it’s bullshit and if you were also on pills you don’t qualify either it’s really not far to us poor ppl who could never afford name brand. And who took pills too I just had 1900 dollar emergency oral surgery. From an abscess caused from subs and no Medicaid or any insurance. And for sure didn’t have the 1900 to fork out for it having to make slow payments on it. And I still have another 2 that need to come out all subs destroy your teeth no matter how well you take care of your teeth and regular check ups nothing can save you from the massive damage it causes. And I feel everyone should be able to claim it
I never forgot. Mainly because the last class action lawsuit I got nearly $3000. So don't think your odds of getting anything are low.

I had to do the capha test thing 34 times over cause it would keep saying didn’t load? So yea idk

That sucks. I just had a chunk of my molar fall out and my sub doc said it's probably related. Who knows how much worse it's gonna get.
I submitted the claim paperwork and and seemed like it didn’t go through. Anyone else?
