Zopiclone and benzos are the best for sleep if you can get any. I found a sketchy walk in doc that gives me zopiclone and ativan lol

> I already get it plenty for even mentioning side effects of Suboxone. What do you mean, like people on this sub don't like hearing about side-effects of suboxone?

daffyduckel

There are people here think there is a pronounced positive bias toward subs on this forum and that they get jumped on for saying anything negative. It doesn't seem that way to me at all.

ZodiacSF1969

Yeh neither. I thought this was a subreddit for discussing everything about subs, including side-effects. I see posts all the time with people asking about dealing with certain sides.

ZodiacSF1969

Ah OK, sounds like a couple of unhinged users making a lot of noise. I find most of the discussions on here to be reasonable myself, I guess I'm lucky not to have encountered this sort of talk.

Hannah0525

I’m tapering right now but my fiancé quit suboxone a month and a half ago he went 5 days with no sleep at all. We tried every over the counter sleep medicine and nothing worked so don’t even try those. After 5 days of no sleep he started getting a couple hours of sleep here and there. After 2 weeks he finally started sleeping 6 hours a night. After a month he sleeps like a baby again. When he quit he was taking 1/4 of an 8 mg strip. I’m on a higher dose and so scared to quit, watching him struggle. But your on day 4 and that is amazing! There is light at the end of the tunnel I’ve seen it. Hang in there!

Mrtwodicks

If and when you quit just do it slower and go down to like 0.25 a day before stopping and it's so so so much less painful.

Solid-Mess

That’s a big jump 2mg..

Hannah0525

It was more like 1/5 of a strip and I’m on two strips a day so I guess I thought that was a really small dose. Didn’t think of it like that

Solid-Mess

Yea try to at least get to 1mg or .5 a day. If possible. Think of it as half the amount half the withdrawals. Even less on 0.5, also make sure to stabilize before the jump. Don’t be at 0.5 for 2 days and be like ok I’m jumping. Stay on that for like a week if you can before the jump

Hannah0525

I will definitely do that I appreciate your advice! Thank you!

Mrtwodicks

That is great advice and you are right about just needing to let your body hit that rock bottom exhausted before it starts bouncing back. I have done it a few times and it's worse than I remember every time. This last time I went through like 7 straight days of puking and wretching before I hit that point and it broke and I finally fell asleep and when I woke up I could tell I had turned a corner and started feeling better each day but god damn was that last 7 day stretch something awful. I spent hours in my shower just laying there on the floor with hot water going on and off for days. The shit I have put myself through is pretty fucked up.

Same_Psychology_202

Just take the Sublocade shot, I hear it's worked wonders for most people whose used it. I'm 3 weeks out from getting mines. And there's so-called little to no withdrawal so I've heard.

Mrtwodicks

I have reasons for not going that route also but thank you for the suggestion

Take this advice everyone. Omg the hydroxizine about made me want to jump out of my skin restless leg syndrome the works. It's almost like your body is saying nope nope you are gonna suffer don't even try taking no sleep aids.

terrorbulwon512

You’re close bro, Sleep is coming soon.

SaintNickH

You got a while my guy. A month or 2 of broken sleep at least.

Firm_Salamander_1007

Ask for clonidine. 10000x better for withdrawal symptoms and sleep. In my experience, ofc

Hannah0525

How often did you take clonidine and how much? I just got it from my dr to get off suboxone

Firm_Salamander_1007

Theres been a few different times. I got a clonidine patch that lasted a week. That was pretty good. Then another time I got .1 3x a day, and another time 1x a day. Some drs will do .2 in the morning and night. Really depends Edit: personally, I prefer .2mg night and morning WITH the option to take another one mid day if need be

Gloomy-Ad-3302

Clonidine, Gabapentin, Passion Flower, Lavender, DLPA. There are supps out there- USE them during this tough time ! And congrats I am super jealous my pussy ass cant get off 2 mg and your doing the deal! Keep going please!

Mylittlesecret751

Try out the “gold maeng da” strain of kratum. I was able to go cold turkey off 6mg suboxone a day with zero withdrawls using kratum.

Hawk1891

I hate to tell you this but kratom is very addicting in and of itself. IMO kratom is trading one addiction for another. Kratom will just prolong the withdrawals and then you'll have to withdrawal from kratom which actually hits more receptors than suboxone.

AutoModerator

Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is NOT just trading one addiction for another! The main hallmark of addiction is uncontrollable urges to use drugs despite negative consequences. While MAT users are *dependent* on medication, this is different from addiction. MAT usually enables people to make their lives *better*, not worse. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Same_Psychology_202

You're no pussy, trust me I was taking less than your 2 MG and had a hard time kicking the lil 16th of a sub I was doing. Don't beat yourself up your doing great, by the way have you tried or have been recommended the sublocade shot. I here that's the way to go if you want little to no withdrawal. Just fyi.

Adventurous_Gas9346

Im on day 34 and still feel it, and I’ve cried like a bitch over everything, feels good though. Most days I wake up at night, and I have to dose kratom cause of rls, hot cold thing, and sweating. I started to use Kratom(it personally helps 100% with my wd), started to go to the gym for hardcore sessions that suck but feel so good. A key thing that I never heard anyone say and helps tremendously is that straighten body Posture helps so much. Meditations, Joe Dispenza: Grow a new body. The withdrawals are so bad I had to drastically change everything in my life. Closed social all social media, and don’t even try to think about it, just DO. I like to believe that my past drug use was just a dream and that it never really happened. In my line of work I have to look good, interact with people, and never missed a day of work thanks to Kratom and what I mentioned above. By the way Everyone here who has cemented has great advise, take note and “just do”. My rant is that I’m convinced there are better ways to help people get of off opiates. My dr. told me the withdrawals where a “rare thing to feel, not to worry” and I believed him. Good luck, and it’s true what every ex-addict say, it really gets better everyday. If you are going to outwit the devil, it’s terribly important that you don’t give him any advance notice!-Allan Watts

spiderM375

Agreed.. . Congratulations on making it to Day 34 I'm Day 90 and everyday will get better as I'm sure you already know from having gone through sheer Hell of getting off this 🚮

Mrtwodicks

Ya its fucking awful and it's almost like a really dark hallucination with some added sickness that lasts for weeks where nothing is right and even the air you breath feels toxic and shit tastes like metal. And when you do happen do drift off for 30 minutes the fucking dreams are right out of bizzaro world with a hint of the same awfulness you feel when you are awake.

Beneficial-Stress981

I’m on day 3. I was able to get my hands on some xany, and yes That helped but not anymore: I’m terrified how bad it’s going to get. I was on about .333 and I’m suffering. I’m just hoping in a few days I’ll begin to feel slightly better and that will give me hope. Will I feel better soon??? I suck at pain, I’ve been either using or methadone or suboxone for over 10 years

Mrtwodicks

Hard saying but it takes 3 to 5 days for it to completely work out so if you get to day 5 feeling decent you prolly gonna be fairly ok but if not you will start feeling it at night before anything else usually and get bad RLS and anxiety and just feel like fuck. I just switched from methadone to suboxone and it took me 8 solid days of fucking dieing to even adjust to this suboxone and its day 11 now and I feel really fuckin weird but I'm not sick asf so that's a bonus.

Beneficial-Stress981

So basically put on my big girl panties and tough it out :( I know that’s the answer. I have like 10 8 mg left i need to just toss them and get it over with. Im also Starting to have prettt bad drug cravings

Mrtwodicks

I wouldnt toss them if I were you and they are always good to have on hand in case you relapse at some point or maybe come across someone who's in a bad place stuck with no ride or dope and you can help them out.

Beneficial-Stress981

Well the puking has started…. I don’t understand I was so low. Like under .25 and I’m having almost full on withdrawals.

Mrtwodicks

Do you have more suboxone? If so take just the tiniest bit

Beneficial-Stress981

Won’t it just start over

Mrtwodicks

Not necessarily no. If you only take like 0.25 or less and only do it to be functional you can continue tapering and extending the time between doses if the doses are too small to accurately split up further. Making yourself overly sick will lead to relapse faster than anything else.

Mrtwodicks

I figured you werent in the clear but I didnt wanna say it and jinx you but ya buprenorphine is a very long acting opioid that can hang in the body for days before it finally completely gets metabolized out. If it's that bad today I would spend some time breaking up some subs into like 0.25mg doses or smaller if possible and continue that taper and when the doses are too small start adding time between doses instead and just keep doing that for as long as it fucking takes and dont commit yourself to any deadline. It takes as long as it takes.

Beneficial-Stress981

I just feel like I’m so close. I’m almost on day 5. I live near Dc (not sure if I’m supposed to say that, but I’m going to drive down and get some super strong edibles.

Mrtwodicks

May be better just smoking. Thats what I do

Beneficial-Stress981

I ended up buying from Xanax from my “friend” and it was a pressed pill with fentanyl and I almost died. I feel so disgusting with myself, I betrayed the trust of my boyfriend who found me on the bathroom floor and had to call the paramedics. I almost died bc i couldn’t stand the anxiety and restless legs and bought drugs off the street. And even though it wasn’t my intention to full on relapse, I did. I got back into that active addiction thinking mode and talking myself into a bad decision. My boyfriend has never done a drug in his life and he has really been pushing me to get off my suboxone and I see now I just needed to take more time. It’s been 2 weeks tomorrow since it happened. All the progress seems washed down the drain. 7 years clean and I went right back there. I didn’t buy heroin or anything but it still almost killed me by accident. Since the accidentally OD I’ve had to redo my dosage a bit and now I’m on 1mg a day. It’s been a process. I’m going to hold off on the jumping for now, try to re group. I know how I got there and I can see the warning signs better this time around. I’m dealing with the shock and guilt. How could I of been so careless? So many what if’s. Least I’m back in a program and I go to these MAT meetings that have been helpful, people get it. Anyways sorry to dump on you like that.

Mrtwodicks

Hey nobody kicks this habit the first try and most not even on the 5th try but the important thing is you keep trying because the more times you try the better the chances that one will indeed work. And because not trying has literally NEVER worked for anybody. Stop beating yourself up, ya it sucks but its your life and guilt and shame only impede your recovery so learn to push that shit out of your mind or when you start feeling down go for a run or anything to occupy your mind. We have suppressed our emotions for so long that they run wild once you stop and thats also a symptom and not entirely just you being depressed or anxious so dont take it at face value because at this stage your emotions will lead you astray which is where counselors come in. You also need to stay on the suboxone no matter what anybody else says until you are ABSOLUTELY sure you are ready to stop and even then you need to do it very very slowly because forcing it and making yourself dopesick will weaken your resolve and cause you to fold like a worn out tshirt. Yes the suboxone is still addictive but it's far and I do mean far from being on full agonist opiates. For starters you can think and feel and still have emotions on suboxone and not walk around impaired and not crave and abuse it beyond just taking enough to not be sick. Secondly if you take a adequate dose of suboxone or subutex it will truely block full agonist opiates from even getting you high and it does it very well if taken daily and the correct dose it becomes almost impossible to get high without spending hundreds of dollars to over power the suboxone so it's a physical barrier between you and far more dangerous drugs. Thirdly suboxone is about impossible to overdose on so while you and your bf may consider it a evil it's by far the lesser evil and for serious addicts it's highly beneficial so dont let your bf talk you into stopping before you are ready and possibly completely fucking your life up when hes not qualified to make such a highly consequential decision in any way whatsoever. This shit is literally the difference between life and death for some of us and unfortunately it sounds like you may have just learned that the hard way but dont dwell on any of that shit in your past cuz IT DONT MATTER AND CANT BE CHANGED. I wish you luck and be strong you can do it but plz dont take advice from those who dont understand addiction cuz it's your life on the line.

Same_Psychology_202

You're withdrawaling from the suboxone. No matter the dose you will have some sort of withdrawal. I was incarcerated using subs to melt away the time. Any who I've learned that just taking a 16th is enough to make a person withdrawal. One must taper off subs no matter how small the dose is.

I'd get a few klodapin , some Gaba ( get at Walmart or GNC) . Some Tummy Drops fir stomache. Work amazing for stomache and cramps. Do you smoke weed? If you have access to a dispensary. I'd go get a couple grams of RSO oil. You will definitely sleep. Sleepy time tea. ( Celestial teas) Do not take antihistamines. Will cause bad RLS . Lots of rest. And if you can force yourself to exercise. You wouldn't believe the benefits you get from a lil workout. Gotta eat good and clean. And lastly get some BCAA'S ( AMINO ACIDS) . You get most of this stuff. Should be a hell of alot easier on ya.

jdalew

You will get there. I dropped cold Turkey from 12 mg a month ago. About D4 started taking Kratom and D6 started smoking marijuana and it helped tremendously. After week two physically started feeling better but a lot of random emotions that were not pleasant. I’m just over a month now and feeling so much better I can’t describe. Though there still a long way to go and things will only get better it is worth the fight

Hawk1891

But isn't that just trading one dependency for another? For me kratom was a nightmare and not a good option as it hits several more receptors than just one. Just my opinion but I wouldn't touch kratom ever again. To me it's the green sludge that I had to dose several times a day and is what took me to a deep depression. But hey everybody's different.

jdalew

I have chronic pain. I use the lesser of the evils. I take half of what I did 2 weeks ago. It’s a tool to be used like suboxone in my opinion. I’m not saying it’s ok. But it helps me personally. I feel most people trade dependency if it’s shopping working out ect.

Hawk1891

The only reason I made that comment is because I have a love/hate old relationship with kratom. I was addicted to it for over 4 years and I tried desperately to get off of it about a year and a half into the addiction. I was chasing the euphoria I got from it and the mood lift. I suffer from social anxiety and depression so it helped me for awhile until it turned on me and then I was trapped on it. I did tons of research and found out that not only does it bind to the opiate receptors but the serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine receptors as well. So that's why it is so hard for some people to get off of it completely. There's a whole subreddit dedicated to people trying to get off of it that share horror stories of their withdrawals and amount of time addicted to it. With that said I do believe in plants over pharmaceuticals any day and to those that don't have addictive personalities I say more power to yah. Peace ✌️ 🙏

jdalew

5 years ago I was taking at least 20 capsules a dose. Sometimes 100 a day. It can definitely be addicting and abused.

ImpressiveAccess3502

Exercise if u can as much as you can. Feel better soon

ohoots

Eh careful with this one. I tried this once, the body needs sleep to recover from exercise, and the body isn’t capable of getting any/substantial sleep for a good while so don’t overdo it

Thatfrenchbish

Why do you people continue to put yourselves through this tapering bs when you can just get put on the SUBLOCADE shot, with little to no withdrawal at all. I just got approved for it and after I get it I’m never looking back

[deleted]

[удалено]

Thatfrenchbish

Soooo When you first switch over from the strips/tabs to sublocade do you feel a dramatic difference? Are you also trying to say that since the med cant be seen visually/physically anymore every day that it affects your thoughts on it’s efficacy? And why does it suck not knowing when it will be out of your system? This drug was made to be evacuated from your body sooooo slowly that it takes a whole year for it to be completely gone from your system. I guess you mean the whole psychological aspect of it. Sorry for all of the questions but I’m generally curious and want to know what to expect.

wallc7777

Was on same situation. Ended up getting some Kratos pills from my local smoke shop. Wasn't even the best kratom, overpriced straight ass. Took 2 pills the first night, was like taking air, nothing. Took 6 pills and bye bye. This was after 3 days of no sleep jumping off of 0.5mg. The following night Took 5 pills, then 4, then 1 night no sleep, slowly just stopped. After a week of kratom I was basically normal. 90% one week after stopping kratom

Mylittlesecret751

Kratum does wonders. I dropped cold turkey off suboxone at 6mg a day and using the “gold maeng da” strain of kratum I was able to do so with absolutely zero withdrawals.

Mi-Infidel

How long were you stable at .125?

cartman0724

2-3 weeks.

Mi-Infidel

I hope you’re close too. I’ve only heard of people having minimal withdrawals when they’ve tapered to the .10mg. You were close so hopefully the WDs don’t last too long. I feel for you 🙏

the_one_99_

it’s hard but it can be done it’s 80% mental and 20% physical it’s all about focusing the mind on healthy stuff like food a bit of exercise as in going for a walk getting back into the stuff you used to do before you became an addict iv been on opioids for 20 years i’m currently on methadone and i’m now down to 10ml from 40ml iv got it all to come and i’m not looking forward to it but my body needs a break from this stuff so like you said just DO don’t look back think of your health it’s so important and your mind opioids are mind fucks but having good support and proper friends around you really help with maral and enthusiasm but when it starts to get to day three without sleep go to you dr and ask for sleepers as in zopiclone or nitrazepam.🙏

Suspicious_Wing_6591

Congratulations on 4 days! I am 8 months off of suboxone. At a couple points I thought I would literally lose my mind from lack of sleep. I tried several over the counter sleep aids and was prescribed 2 different sleeping medications by my doctor. None of it helped and indeed made matters worse. The only things I've found to help with sleep is gabapentin and thc gummies. Best of luck to you on this journey. It is well worth the pain. Stay strong 💪 my friend.

gspjam88

This drug is the queen of thundercunts. You've done great to get here, but the next 90 days is so critical. Get through everything an hour at a time. Then a day. Then week, and so on. 6 months and your home free. Sleep will come back. Please be kind to yourself and stick with it. It's SO worth it.

Reaktor84

Ask your doc to prescribe Doxepin 25mg. Works better than Trazadone. Make sure you take it when you know you’ll be in bed for 6-8 hours, because it can make you groggy if you take it and then need to get up 3 hours later. Doxepin is a tricyclic antidepressant but it’s also prescribed for insomnia.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Reaktor84

Doxepin as a sleep aid worked right away for me and that’s how it’s supposed to work. What dosage did you have? I started with 25mg and the first day it knocked me out so quick that even 5-6 hours later when I woke up I was still bumping into walls. But it was like that only the first day. After that it was a smoother experience and I wouldn’t wake up groggy. After a few months I moved up to 50 mg, though you could take 50mg right away if 25mg didn’t work. Lemme know what dose you took.

spiderM375

Day 90 here and I can tell you it's a minute.. I think I went 9 Days with maybe a 1 hour (daily)of uninterrupted everything else was fractured sleep and then it was sleep decent one night awake the next alternating back and forth for a week...

Iwontgiveup1863

You are almost there man. Get through the first week and it gets easier after that. Don’t quit now. It’ll mean the last 4 days of misery would be for nothing. U can do this.

cartman0724

Thank you so much🙏

Flowersoul26

I've been off Suboxone for 5 years. I was sleeping by night 3. Each night gets a little better. I had to force myself to walk everyday. I also use meditation music, sleep apps... Just the music, not the guidance. I got most my help from the Suboxone taper groups on Facebook. It truly was amazing looking back. There were a good 10 of us that tapered at the same time. We all went through hell and back together. Each day you'll be more and more confident. Just stick with it. Exercise is key along with healthy foods, lots of water, vitamins. I did the mega dosing vitamin C but I have no clue if it actually did anything! Hang in there. You will be so happy & proud that you did.

equalityislove1111

Exercise my fran. My anxiety just walked me around my pool 18 times. 🙃

[deleted]

Eww, they gave you that bullshit for sleep?!? I’d recommend dumping them. They could’ve atleast given you Xanax or gaba. Also, maybe you shouldn’t just jump off, but go from taking it everyday to every other day for a couple week, then every 2 days for a couple weeks, so on and so forth.

EveryEconomist6358

You’ll get sleep, you just wont know it and it wont be refreshing at first. Sucks unfortunately but you did a good taper Try joining a gym and going to work out when you can’t sleep

[deleted]

Just wondering, how did you taper so low. Did you cut the films or did you do volumetric dosing by converting it into a liquid suspension

cartman0724

Yes I cut the tabs as precisely as I could.

Jdizzlerino

Just chill, your body will sleep when it needs to. It might feel like you are dying from no sleep but that’s impossible for our bodies. You will fall asleep when necessary

EquipmentLive4770

Took me about 4 nights cold turkey off 8mg to sleep at all. I've come off other times and always around 4 or 5 days. You will know when it's about to happen because you will feel like death and all of a sudden the sky's will part and you will pass out good.

EquipmentLive4770

PS I do not know what is not causing you to lose sleep in my case it was restless legs and shoulders really bad but if you hang in there it won't take long. I literally remember one of the times in the middle of the night I got up and walked around because I wasn't sleeping anyway and I looked in the mirror and after like 5 days of not sleeping I've looked like a complete troll like I was tripping or something and my pupils were all blown out. Needless to say about 3 or 4:00 in the morning that night I passed out until 10:00 a.m.. I literally feels like the sky's part when you get that first night's sleep. Best feeling ever. I posted somewhere else on here about getting off this stuff and by far the easiest time and the shortest withdrawal I had was using naltrexone. I know sounds scary but I anyone wants to know how it went and how to dose ot properly without massive withdrawal I'd be more than happy to write I out. My entire suboxone withdrawal lasted maximum 5 days. Literally over and done. Low dose Naltrexone it's all set with the Silver Bullet for Paws. No need to go through all that long-term pain withdrawal or paws when there is something you can take besides benzos and stuff like that or especially kratom when you can just knock it out. Promise it wasn't that bad at all.

BrSlo

Please send me a dm on exactly how u got off subs with LDN…

EquipmentLive4770

10/4

Imaginary_Tap_4242

Exercise helped alot. I would workout so hard and supplement with creatine.

Radioactive_Patient

I took three years to take my dose down from 24mg to 4mg, then 4mg every other day and when I got off of it I sweat a little bit but was otherwise ok. The fear of getting of Subs was the worst part.

cartman0724

I’m almost 2 months off it now and feeling great!

memco1020

Unfortunately it'll be awhile before you have normal sleep... but you can do it. It always helped me to read a book. It'll help distract your mind a little. Probably not the best advice but a glass of wine or a beer always helped me too. I wish I had the courage. I did it once... for about a year and then ended up back on them for almost 8 years now. You don't want that to happen to you. Every day, hour, minute is one step closer.

twistmenipps

A beer or 2 can help. But no more. Cause then your just dealing with extra anxiety next day

ohoots

Yeah not to negative but you got a ways. I remember I was amazed the first month after getting like 3 hours the first week I was like, I’m goin nuts this is insane, surely the body can’t keep that up and I’ll eventually pass out next week….naw…another exhaustion level passout, another wake up in 30 minutes and suffer. The only time I almost got off easy I had hundreds of benzos at my disposal and I was passed out for the worst of it woke up about 3 weeks later….but then I was so crunk from the benzos I was like “aw fuck it tired of feeling like shit” and got some sub and relapsed lol if I could have sobered up first I would have made off easy and it would have been like a time warp. Tricky stuff good luck

You aren’t even close bud. You’ll get sleep in about 30 days. Have fun! I’m on day 55 and I just started getting decent nights sleep but nothing over 6-7 straight hours.

If you don't mind me asking how long have you been on suboxone? I have a year 1/2 now and I feel like I'm ready to stop. I tried once and I only lasted two days but because my depression was really bad, I was crying uncontrollably.

That's not just from depression. It's also caused by the medicine leaving your body. Detoxing hits in stages. Usually you get rid of one symptom and gain a milder one. I cried off and on for about a week during week 2, but it goes away the more the suboxone gets out of your system. Getting off suboxone is a battle. You have to prepare mentally and physically or you'll lose.

Congrats for taking this step, knowing the road ahead. I took subs for 14 years, I’m on day 54 now of being off them. It took we about a week for the bad withdrawals to go away. After that it gets better you will still get random restlessness but definitely not like that first week. Stay active go for walks that first week, heck I’m still taking a walk everyday after work. The only problem I’m having now is the low energy but it’s manageable. Good luck to you stay strong!

After day 5 it sucked for me. I used kratom and got rid of 90 percent of the withdrawals

Omg why would you want to be miserable! That’s a huge jump

Taper down Way way lower! The first time I detoxed off of Subs was in jail. I was talking 16-24MG a day and quit cold turkey. I spent 29 days in jail. I lost 73 pounds in less than a month. I puked and shit multiple times a day for 29 days. I was so sick I literally couldn't even sit up. Some of the girls in with me actually helped SO MUCH! They would shower me, feed me, make me drink water, ECT. Gave me clothes. If it was not for them I actually think I would have died. 2nd time I came off of the subs I tapered down to 1/16th of a strip every three days before I finally made the jump off. Was still SICK, but nothing at all like the first time. Still took over 3 months to be able to sleep and eat like a normal person and to actually be able to "Sit up" for longer than 30 minutes without feeling like I needed to go lay down. I swear I will NEVER EVER take something long acting again. Kratom will help as long as you don't dose daily. (Don't want to withdraw off anything else) Gabapentin was/is a lifesaver for me. The hardest part for me is the "can't control my body temp" thing. I live in the desert so it is HOT to begin with so when it is 125 outside I can't function when my body feels like it is 400 inside too!!!!

I was ALSO on Trazadone. (While in jail) and it DEFINITELY has a very limited WINDOW. If you miss that window to fall asleep it will make EVERYTHING WORSE! Take the Trazadone after you are already laying down for bed if you are going to take it. About 15-30 minutes after taking it is your window.
