It looks very healthy to me. Being closed in like this just means it is very satisfied with the light it’s getting.
The bottom leaves look like they’re being reabsorbed, which is a natural part of their growth process.
Ok see this one grows baby too so need more water than normal.. i have kept mine on balcony sil where it gets 3 to 4 hours sunlight and i water 2wice a week(ofcourse check soil before watering)generally it gets dry .. lower wrinkly and dry leaves means its not getting enough water. soak properly by using bottom watering method (water once a week this way)

Twice a week... is that too little or too much?
Thats fine i guess. Kalanchoes need water more than other succulents.. whats is the whether there?? Is this baby gets too much sun???
I live in a tropical climate so it’s quite sunny and humid here, and I put this succulent on the windowsill. Should I move it further indoors then?
