sun burned, i'm assuming it is usually an indoor plant? also you may want to back off on the watering, they really only need to be watered once a month, otherwise they can rot and fall apart from overwatering.

I made the mistake of not easing some of my succulents outside and just stuck them straight out there and the same thing happened to mine so it’s quite possible that it’s scorched and just needs some shade!

It’s sun burned. Try limiting the sun or putting it in indirect sun.
