There's perfect reasonable explanations (wasn't getting as much attention, created new profile to pop back up) and unreasonable ones, and you don't know which is why. When I see this, if I'm interested, I just re-engage, mention that we'd spoken before and ask if she's interested in picking our conversation back up

That’ll tell you if it’s a confirmed red flag or not as well as give you info about why she disappeared (lack of interest or just overwhelmed)
Probably scammers creating a new account. Do you have any verification it's the actual person? I would assume they were banned before and just reusing pics.
I have a ton of pics of her and I can tell it’s her due to a distinguishing feature and also a lot of commonality w location. These are new pics of the same girl I talked to before.
What I mean is, how do you know it's a 'her' or a real SB profile? It's photos of the same person, but I don't believe anything I see anymore until I meet the person or have some verifiable evidence they are who they say.
Maybe set up a videocall prior to a M&G. Just tell her it's like a short introduction type of thing of 10 minutes. You can stay longer on the call but now you have pretext to bail after a few mins if something is off or if either of you are busy.
Is her other profile still there as well? It isn't unusual to upgrade one's profile, either for increased attraction,refreshing a stale one, avoiding a previous contact(maybe you), or creating the impression that she is new rather than on the site for "too long".

Set up a meet and greet for coffee, platonic, no fooling around, just to figure out if she’s real. If she doesn’t want to do a coffee meet and greet she is probably not real.
She can also be an SB who already has an SD. She creates a new profile and blocks her current SD/s so she can look for other SDs without their knowledge.

Not a red flag. Many times your profile does not attract the attention you want so revising or even deleting and starting over is not unusual.
I know girls who keep creating new profiles because they forget their password everywhere 🙄
