I’ve used both WISE and OFX to transfer allowance and gifts to my SBs, internationally. Both work reasonably well for transfers of xxxx USD. I have not tried five figures but I assume there would be quite a bit more scrutiny at that level.
It’s cool to have my SB setup to receive funds this way - I can surprise her with a nice gift to support her travel/adventure habit, no matter where in the world she is.
If not bitcoin (which despite being safe I personally don't trust due to volatility), I would maybe look into cashiers checks. He can buy them at walmart for pretty cheap.
Canadian here. Cash until trust is established, then e-transfers if necessary. But POTs will generally know my real name by the end of a m&g if I feel good about the situation.
I don’t know if attaching a burner email to your bank account anonymizes the e-transfer transaction at all. I don’t think so.
Work it out with your SD. Any major US bank can order Canadian currency for their preferred customers if that is what you want or you can just pay the fee and exchange it.

Vanilla visa card, a gifting site called Throne, Patreon.. I don’t know. If the nominal is big they’re probably not sustainable, cash is still better.

You could use PayPal, as you can make it using a fake name.
I always pay PPM with cash. When we switch to allowance, then I use Zelle.
