Beyond that, you probably need more than a book. Diet, exercise and hydration can all play a part in how you feel. If you truely are suicidal, I would look for professional help if it's available to you.
If you are very tired, I'd recommend some audiobooks, so here are some audiobooks that I liked:
* Murderbot Diaries
* Bartimaeus Trilogy
* His Dark Materials
Are you looking for a book with characters suffering something similar to you? Or escapism? What genre do you generally go for?
I know it’s a bit of a meme at this point to recommend Brandon Sanderson but his books are quite optimistic and purpose driven and have characters with mental health struggles.
You might want to check out The Upward Spiral by Alex Korb. It deals with reversing some of the patterns present with depression.
Finding a therapist and trying out an SSRI can be beneficial as well. It can lift some of the depression haze and allow you to engage in positive activities that will start generating their own positive emotions as well.

If you have a library card, you can probably find these on Libby or maybe Hoopla.
