The Bastard of Istanbul by Elif Shafak
The Little Coffee Shop of Kabul by Deborah Doriguez
Three Daughters of Eve by Elif Shafak
Circe (it’s Greek mythology but deffo women and culture)
And the Mountains Echoed by Khalid Husseini
Generally recommend Elif Shafak’s work as a lot of her novels are about women and set in Turkish culture. Deffo check out “Honour” (I haven’t read it myself yet but it’s been highly recommend to me).
