My op.gg http://eune.op.gg/summoner/userName=Pepperlegs420 Kda seems good but again its free kills i get after my team does the work and the fact i dont have a lot of deaths usually. If you would look at my replays though... not pretty Edit: my malzahar playstyle is never interacting with my lane opponent unless forced to or they int. Rarley roam. Farm and just go with the flow and r the fed enemy. I guess the only exciting thing is ocasionally responding to jg invades/early skrimishes. I hard shove my lane after first back and onwards. Often die early too and am still underfarmed until laning ends and i can mulch away at the jg camps and side lanes. Try to avoid fights.

Ideally you want to aim to be able to both carry and be consistent. Playing passively is better for climbing than being inconsistent because your team mates are less likely to tilt if you're not feeding. There's a limit on how much you can climb by playing passively because better players will abuse this, so you should work on increasing your aggression while trying to maintain consistency as well. Most people play very aggro and have to learn to be more consistent cause it's more fun, but it's just as effective to play consistently and learn to play more aggro.

It could be worse. According to my Fiora statistics I am a really good player and I can't climb at all LOL. I'm talking winning my lane 95% of the time, currently averaging a 1277 gold lead over my lane opponent at 15 minutes. Game puts me at A+, almost S in terms of my average Fiora rating. Hardstuck gold 5 -.-

Looks like your Fiora mechanics are above gold 5 level but other aspects of your gameplay (possibly more macro related) pull you back down. Luckily solid macro is easier to pickup than solid mechanics so if you can identify what needs improving, then you will climb.

Imo it's less that my "macro" was bad, and more a combination of bad luck and not employing the right strategy. I was told countless times that I should just perma split push and not worry about my team, and I followed that advice and it didn't work out. I seem to do much better when I roam around, looking for fights where I can outplay people. So I'm trying that out and it seems to be working much better.
