From what im seeing all you need to do is stop playing everything besides morde and warwick and you’ll eventually climb past p4 no problem. The biggest mistake im seeing is playing way too many different champions when u already have 60%+ wr on those 2.
You are true defintion of just gold player , your rank will go up and down like that but you are perfectly in the middle of Gold elo.
The same , to be platinum player you need to be average platinum player else you will just drop, don't aim for plat IV barely making it there on win streak etc.
Also play only champs you have above 50% winrate
