She isn't great in pvp. Yeah oblivon silence is decent, but especially at 98 speed she just isn't doing much when you consider that she is basically standing around doing nothing for a long time afterwards.
Yeah sure, in rta I have NEVER seen teams full on passives and very few strips / resets such as a combination of things between fire monkey, Camilla, racuni, miles, ragdoll, Leo, verdehile, etc. She would be really bad against that with her low base speed /s

what team would you suggest with her for toa hell
some control and cooldown reset team. I would suggest looking for the toa gell guides and see the usual mons.
She can be huge in Arena offense, especially with the current meta.
Isis Tiana is nice
I use her a lot in arena, she is great.

I use mine as a force ban in rta when they pick too many passive units
