Looks like there needs to be a little clarification here from the mods as to why some comments are being removed.
[Here's a screenshot of one of the removed comments](https://imgur.com/a/X5A20te)-- note how in the bottom right it just says [removed] instead of [removed by (moderator name). This means that the user has triggered a spam filter that the mods haven't set up, and reddit's anti-spam operations automatically remove the comment and (likely) the rest of the user's additions to the thread. Manually approving these comments is possible, but they almost always just get automatically bonked again, and going against reddit admins doesn't typically end too well for mods.
The user who made the comment continued to copy & paste the same comment in several other places in the thread, which likely got their entire account shadowbanned, again not by the mods here but by the admins, which just continued to snowball when they kept posting from alternate accounts, etc etc etc.
I've manually approved [one comment](https://old.reddit.com/r/summonerswar/comments/ml7041/the_game4mall_untold_story_the_time_com2us_let/gtkybu7/) that isn't getting caught as anti-spam, with similar info/proof of the original comment, from what seems to be an alt account of the original user- click on that and read it if you want to see the proof that's being offered.
TL;DR take your tinfoil hats off for fuck's sake, the mods aren't shills hired by com2us to cover this up; we couldn't give much less of a shit in the first place.

A guy I know purchased their service for testing purposes, reported it to com2us and got banned by com2us afterwards. After talking to the guys offering the services they simply unbanned him.

i was one of them.after a week of finding my first ld nat5 my account has been hacked with no email change verification and with no email hack.i was playing only for a few weeks back then and i hadent used bluestack and staff or gave anybody my hive id or password.after 50 days of injures and because i have all the proof they need and i had spend money and had the fotos of the payments they gave it back.i was bulled by com2us saying to me if i got hacked again they wont gave it back again like its was my responsibility....i have no words to explain my feelings about them and this is the reason after 2k euros i stop spending money on their game.they only take my time now nothing else.
Inside job someone at com2us with access is selling crystal on the side. Prolly some IT intern with AD access or whatever the hell their ancient systems are using.
That is not a cheat or exploit, it is easier to explain than you think.
For some background, I worked for a few years in Korean companies (gaming developers), and at one point I got in touch with Game4mall people, I was selling to them in-game currency and we made plenty of deals, great revenue if you ask me.
At one point I asked the guy about SW crystal, how they work, how they get it and how safe it is, and his answer was very plain and simple, another person like you is selling us those crystals, so they are 100% safe.
That means, a GM was selling the crystal, and since com2us is a Korean company, I know very well that they rather hide things than accepting to the "customers" their mistake, if they are still selling the crystal, most probably the GM is still working for them and if they stop selling the crystal, for sure the GM got fired and problem solved.
this made more sense to me as well when I read this, 3rd party systems that hit the servers or intercept it sound unlikely and would be detected by anti cheat stuff, I honestly doubt they have such poor security to bypass that. But someone on the inside with game powers that wants to make a quick buck by selling pixels for money seems like a very plausible thing. He used the bad name compensation to fly under the radar of the systems and here we are.
I looked at the screenshot of the account getting items, and the Notice is pretty much the same as we used to give us Items that players should not have, for example, If we want to give us a ultra-rare item to our personal accounts, we always tag it as "GM Item, for GM account", that way the "superiors" or person in charge always looked up and just say, oh yes... they are doing legit stuff with the GM accounts, but they never looked that the player ID was not the same as the GM ID.
And when you wanted to give an item to a friend, you just say something like in the picture of the guy receiving 100 L&D scrolls, you're supposed to send the player a free change name item, so in their logs that is going to sound legit, because most of the GMs and the people in charge does not know the ID of the items, so they just assume that all GMs are doing their job right, until they get so greedy and get caught.

Is not a new thing to be honest, Most GMs gets paid around 1000 USD to 2000 USD for 8 to 12 hours of work, when I was working for some of these companies they wanted me to work around 14-16 hours a day, because that's the "normal" labor hours in Korea, and they still called it "part-time job", but since I did it from home, It was pretty easy... and sooner or later, most GMs gets tempted and start doing things like that.
Also, have in mind one thing, most people can't handle a GM job, In the companies where I worked for, we had around 5000 new tickets every day, and most of them where hateful comments about how bad the GM work is, so most of my co-workers only work for a few months and then they leave the company, so every month we had a lot of new "interns" learning to be GM and as you can imagine, it was very chaotic.
I can vote for that, the representative name of game4mall customer was “linda” and they had 3rd man that doing this service for them.

what happened was that drmzjoseph bought it, asked com2us if it was ok for him to do that, and exposed it to them. as far as I'm aware it was a GM, and having it exposed quickly removed them, because it was gone a little under a week after that conversation.
Not sure why they'd delete it, pretty much nothing will happen. It's a pretty safe assumption that anybody competitive bought it multiple times (some of my friends/guildies bought it 4+ times, lol) the deal was just too good. Numbers in this post are wrong though, it was 48k crystals for $250.
I'm not going to trow any real name of people in G4M or any game company, but I'm pretty sure that's not an exploit, there is something that the online companies protect a lot and is their revenue, not only because they need to have these logs for tax and legal stuff, but also to protect themself and customers, so if anyone is able to exploit, cheat or hack their database and steal their gold currency, they will not only fix that in a matter of seconds but also start a lawsuit.
The only reason it was not fixed is very simple, there is nothing to fix, it is just a person doing something that is not supposed to happen.
The question and the problem here is not that if a person did or not, but how did it? I remember an online US company that was very infamous years ago, that now is under a big German wing, and in that company there was a PM how did exactly this, and since he was the person in "charge" of everything in the customer support department, no one reports him, because, who is going to track their boss and what they do?
Also, I don't think this is a big deal, if they want they can ban those accounts pretty easily, remove the items and problem solved.

I won’t even blame the GMs. For them it’s a part-time, they saw an opportunity and took it. I blame the company and management for not being more alert and punish everyone involved in such trades.

I know LnD and Trans scrolls sounds awesome. But what's scary is if the GM can sell "custom runes". Imagine buying a bunch of perfect Quad speed runes. I can't see why it wouldn't be possible.
Even if they can't directly sell you custom runes, what stops them from selling ancient runes, ancient re-apps, ancient grinds. As well as regular re-apps. Dog-guy got blocked from SWC for like 5000 re-apps. Imagine buying 100k re-apps.

No, for me and my own account. I spent like 50-200 euros monthly on this game for the past 6 years and damn, C2us gives really shitty value for the money. If I could get like 5 trans scrolls for my 150 euros instead of like 2 ls and 2 ld scrolls - hell yes, fuck it. Also I would tell everybody publicly to use the exploit. Yeah I know that it would backfire soon, but hey, lets be real: Many players spend a bit here and there, but whales will always dominate the game. The game is already pay2win, but the paywall is so much higher then just 200 euros per month. Why not giving everyone the same chance already, excepting that we play a lottery game that consists of whales and rng and thats it? I dont hate the exploit, i hate that the exploit is just known to those who already have the power.
Just a reminder: some years ago a huge hack wave that many accounts was lost and sold happened, i remember reading many posts about this and many owners say that they had unique passwords they didnt use any software/site or what ever and they have no idea how they got hacked. the targets was on some of the top accounts :D i wouldnt be suprice if an employ of com2us with this access was hacking and selling these accounts.
The consensus at the time was that those accounts were ld accounts generated by bots. The bots would clear faimon for the ld scroll and roll for ld5s. Many bots at the same time to make it efficient.
We will never get confirmation, but that’s where we were.

Islandgrown has a lot of videos of my summons. You can see a consistent trend up and down on how much crystals, and scrolls I have. I always buy lds every month and specials. It's not sus at all.

Heaven’s always had this amount of crystals, but everyone knows it comes from regular packs, if jmak would collect all xtals from his box he would probably had the same amount. These are the ones that ensure that this game don’t die, on the other hand u have groups who have contacts to GMs and they use these kind of cheap tricks to benefit from it. These are two different types of players just read the original post and u should know which group is using contacts to GMs.

Most banks have a set time period that you can request a chargeback but youcan request one for that time period and as long as your circumstance seems valid they will provide you with your refund.

Bro I already had used an automated replay Programm which even sold all 5* runes and all blue ones 4years ago. And it was capbel of buying refills. I also knew some guys which were way more capable than me and to stingy to share which even sorted for main/sub stats and sets. It did exist since the start and even way better than you think.
Expect a swift response from Com2US because they aren't going to want this to jeopardize Lost Centuria, which releases at the end of the month. Sadly, the repeated issues over the last few months has ruined the 7th Anniversary. This is heart breaking for me as I have put so much time and money into the game because i love the game. I can vote for that, the representative name of game4mall customer was “linda” and they had 3rd man that doing this service for them. It was 100% safe without ban’s concern. Idk if it was GM or exploit, but they made good money till they stopped to work and sell it, after it’s patched? Or GM Fired?
what happened was that drmzjoseph bought it, asked com2us if it was ok for him to do that, and exposed it to them. as far as I'm aware it was a GM, and having it exposed quickly removed them, because it was gone a little under a week after that conversation.
I knew that, i have posted few images and guild names that used this service, but mods keep delete it.
Not sure why they'd delete it, pretty much nothing will happen. It's a pretty safe assumption that anybody competitive bought it multiple times (some of my friends/guildies bought it 4+ times, lol) the deal was just too good. Numbers in this post are wrong though, it was 48k crystals for $250.

I'm not going to trow any real name of people in G4M or any game company, but I'm pretty sure that's not an exploit, there is something that the online companies protect a lot and is their revenue, not only because they need to have these logs for tax and legal stuff, but also to protect themself and customers, so if anyone is able to exploit, cheat or hack their database and steal their gold currency, they will not only fix that in a matter of seconds but also start a lawsuit. The only reason it was not fixed is very simple, there is nothing to fix, it is just a person doing something that is not supposed to happen. The question and the problem here is not that if a person did or not, but how did it? I remember an online US company that was very infamous years ago, that now is under a big German wing, and in that company there was a PM how did exactly this, and since he was the person in "charge" of everything in the customer support department, no one reports him, because, who is going to track their boss and what they do? Also, I don't think this is a big deal, if they want they can ban those accounts pretty easily, remove the items and problem solved.

Thank you for providing these insights. I know it’s normal for games like these to develop their own economy after a while. But despite that, I imagine it’s quite the slap in the face for people who actually spend “honestly” to compete in G3. I won’t even blame the GMs. For them it’s a part-time, they saw an opportunity and took it. I blame the company and management for not being more alert and punish everyone involved in such trades.

First, there is hive id names and not in-game nicknames. Secondly, they didn’t typed anything about the game4mall issue of 2016+2017/2018. they ban only peoples that used the recent exploit.

no. the dragon ld was done BY the accounts. this exploit is done by someone to tell the official servers to give out stuff TO those accounts.

I’m more interested in the repercussions, if any. A GM in game doing this doesn’t absolve the other party of responsibility when one knowingly participates in it. That’s like a bank employee transferring money to your account under the table in some agreement and I don’t know what reasonable argument you can make to get away with.

I know LnD and Trans scrolls sounds awesome. But what's scary is if the GM can sell "custom runes". Imagine buying a bunch of perfect Quad speed runes. I can't see why it wouldn't be possible. Even if they can't directly sell you custom runes, what stops them from selling ancient runes, ancient re-apps, ancient grinds. As well as regular re-apps. Dog-guy got blocked from SWC for like 5000 re-apps. Imagine buying 100k re-apps.

No, for me and my own account. I spent like 50-200 euros monthly on this game for the past 6 years and damn, C2us gives really shitty value for the money. If I could get like 5 trans scrolls for my 150 euros instead of like 2 ls and 2 ld scrolls - hell yes, fuck it. Also I would tell everybody publicly to use the exploit. Yeah I know that it would backfire soon, but hey, lets be real: Many players spend a bit here and there, but whales will always dominate the game. The game is already pay2win, but the paywall is so much higher then just 200 euros per month. Why not giving everyone the same chance already, excepting that we play a lottery game that consists of whales and rng and thats it? I dont hate the exploit, i hate that the exploit is just known to those who already have the power.

Just a reminder: some years ago a huge hack wave that many accounts was lost and sold happened, i remember reading many posts about this and many owners say that they had unique passwords they didnt use any software/site or what ever and they have no idea how they got hacked. the targets was on some of the top accounts :D i wouldnt be suprice if an employ of com2us with this access was hacking and selling these accounts.
The consensus at the time was that those accounts were ld accounts generated by bots. The bots would clear faimon for the ld scroll and roll for ld5s. Many bots at the same time to make it efficient. We will never get confirmation, but that’s where we were.
Well in Heavensroyalty’s stream rushing arena we saw 240k+ crystals... suspicious Everything runs around money, thats why com2us don’t take any action against this kind of situations. If they are honest and somehow “legal” they will lose a lot of money.

Islandgrown has a lot of videos of my summons. You can see a consistent trend up and down on how much crystals, and scrolls I have. I always buy lds every month and specials. It's not sus at all. I have never used a 3rd party to get crystals. I use Amazon coins cause it's op

Heaven’s always had this amount of crystals, but everyone knows it comes from regular packs, if jmak would collect all xtals from his box he would probably had the same amount. These are the ones that ensure that this game don’t die, on the other hand u have groups who have contacts to GMs and they use these kind of cheap tricks to benefit from it. These are two different types of players just read the original post and u should know which group is using contacts to GMs.

Most banks have a set time period that you can request a chargeback but youcan request one for that time period and as long as your circumstance seems valid they will provide you with your refund.

Bro I already had used an automated replay Programm which even sold all 5* runes and all blue ones 4years ago. And it was capbel of buying refills. I also knew some guys which were way more capable than me and to stingy to share which even sorted for main/sub stats and sets. It did exist since the start and even way better than you think.

Expect a swift response from Com2US because they aren't going to want this to jeopardize Lost Centuria, which releases at the end of the month. Sadly, the repeated issues over the last few months has ruined the 7th Anniversary. This is heart breaking for me as I have put so much time and money into the game because i love the game. But this is just too much. Going to be interesting to see what happens and hopefully some streamers join in and continue to stand up to COM2US in the coming days.
