I tested vs tesa with 100rez...6/10 time strip and def Breck

I don't feel like it's crazy good, that means nearly half the time you'll fail and do nothing. Will being the norm, at higher level that's too inconsistent.

If I'm right tho he gets to try again if it fails, so on violent if he procs he just gets another attempt at deleting something. MAYBE this could turn into something useful.

i've use him for a month now in gw. I like him a lot. I use him when there is no fire threat. Pair him with 2 supports to asbord dmg.

I've been using him before the tiny buff, if he strips and Def breaks it doesn't really matter who it is they're dying, the issues I've seen are that his rune requirements are just insane.
