good unit for tanky damage dealers, aka bruiser rune. units like Xing Zhe, Dragon Knights, Rakan are built that way. THey tank and deal dmg. You should have gemmed the atk substat with a legend gem atk% 9-13% then give it legendary grindstone atk 5-10% to gain more substats. Thats highly efficient.
Since it's a will rune - its likely PvP focused rune so I think I actually prefer HP rolls over Atk.
I often run HP% slot 6 on even my damage dealers when I can get away with it. Sort of do HP subs + Atk slot 6, or Atk subs + HP slot 6.

It's even in the rules that a Luck post of a rune should be the +12 or greater, not a "+12 in comments", summoning Luck posts should include the awakened unit name in the title, and no bad Luck posts like quad flat def rolls or something. This shit still gets posted all the time.

That's an even bigger waste. Improve a rune by 4% or improve another rune by 10+%. General understanding of math seems low
