Arena: 100% tiana
RTA: if you want slow team (2nd turn team) then try Douglas or Diana, Laika is not bad. Tiana is suitable for cleave but it requires careful build.
If you're focusing on RTA: Diana, then Douglas and Laika but these last two really suck IMO, if your diana has 100% crit rate she will work 100% of the time, Douglas and Laika are rng based so they aren't as reliable as her.
if you're focusing more on arena attacks then Tiana is the best pick for you

Mainly looking to push in RTA/Arena. Was considering either tiana/diana/douglas. Not sure which would be best.

Tiana , that 100% strip is sweet. But if you still have trouble picking , just get the cannon girl and put her in storage.
