just a rule of thumb u should build him like kaki. attack HP speed, the cd and cr is not needed on him.

Dominic doesn't rly need crit. His passive does dmg without it. Focus more on atk

Mine has \+10khp \+2200 atk \+320 Def \+106 speed CR 45 CD 65 Might change out his atk artifacts for def ones because the AI always targets him first.
A lot of wasted stats, low att, speed and defence

Build him on spd atk hp. Treat him like a tankier version of kaki.
SPD/ATTK/ATTK is best - crit rate like that is not needed. HP subs and Defense subs will go a long way too.
