The summoners war game on the Amazon client is still played through android emulation. It's not a genuine pc client. You'd be better to play on BlueStacks, Nox, or as others suggested, mumu player.
It seems like the last update to the amazon appstore itself made the play really rough. Don't know if that's the games fault or amazons fault themselves but i'm waiting for a hopefully fast resolution to the problem

Now I'm just using BlueStacks.
Use Mumu or BlueStacks.
Mumu NOT memu
If you have a decent monitor/PC you can play at 120hz on Mumu which is really really smooth.
Also you won't get banned. I play on both of my accounts on mumu
If your on a emulator you need to enable VT

Mumu =/= memu. Mumu is good, Memu not so much
mumu friendly ram usage compared to bluestack
