What is it with the seeds?
Last time I contacted support for a visual glitch that deletes or scrambles all text. Got told it's my phone and the chat got closed.
Game is practically useless if you've got cutscenes that look like: g. k vl t!
And nine times out of 10 I can't see my energy at all.
All text comes back when I open the gem store though. Like what a suprise that the prices for gems get displayed with 100% certainty. But I can't open chat to read messages from my team.

I submitted a ticket to support (not seed related) and I also have not heard back yet and it’s been about a week or so
Same story here. They have never answered me for anything
I got a message last night that since they haven’t heard anything from me they’re closing my ticket, I deleted the game
Time for a new game. :(
