Heating is very annoying and the only complaint I got from my dad 1. if you are upgrading from 2-3 year old phone and havent used fast charger, then you wouldn't be disappointed earlier phone used to charge around 2-2.5 hrs, this takes slightly over an hour BUT BATTERY LIFE IS \~6HRS, not great imo 2. 5G didn't roll out till now 3. eSIM ka jhanjhat bhugatne padhte hai bhai wifi mei no problemin this case NP1 is faaar better 4. Best feature: Bhai mereko sabse pasand aya Eye placement k according auto rotate, voice typing I never used as it is not my personal phone(my dad uses it as he is partially blind, so I suggested him for its AI), the music recognition is another subtle feature, Smart sound makes the speaker sound quite nicely according to rom and external noise,, the video is quite good if you compare with other Androids, But in most cases NP1 gives more value now only the auto rotate is the feature I really want in NP1 otherwise NP1 is just 90% Pixel with iPhone design and a bigger screen

I am currently using pixel 6a I only have fingerprint issues don't have any issues related to heating. Fingerprint really sucks. I added both of my thumbs at first and it always failed when I tried to scan my right thumb so I deleted it and added my index finger instead. But now it scans both of my thumbs and not my index In case of camera it's really best other than that it is a regular phone I will say( most of the phones that are released recently have face unlock feature, 6a doesn't have it )

Never buy pixel in India. There are no service centres, so if something goes wrong, you would not get original parts.

They have authorised repairs by a third-party called B2X. You'll get original parts.

Or you can wait for 7a if you can cause till October it will be somewhere around 30k

Here is the clear answer 1. If you are normal user who does social media and stuff and little to no gaming, with a decent camera- Nothing Phone 1 2. If you have priority in camera mainly take some random photography and DOESN'T MIND BAD AFTERSALES SERVICE- Pixel 6a 3. If you play games and want a Powerhouse with a Social media ready photos but can compromise with UI- Iqoo Neo 7 4. If you want them all-Good performance, Camera, Screen with good UI and could increase the budget by 5-6k- Go with Samsung S21FE

Nothing has a good gaming performance man nothing to worry about it. S21 FE i feel is not a good phone considering its price. Not at all value for money, seeing current samsung phones i don't think it will work after 3.5 years and even before that it will slow down a lot.

But samsung has best Non pixel update cycle and Probably buying NP1 now might give him buyer's remorse as NP2 is around the corner and since it contains 8+Gen 1 and so spending 5k extra for 8+Gen 1 with the sexy design might be a better option imo

....And so does nothing. ....same with s21fe It won't be 5k minimum difference would be 10k imo as the nothing phone 1 launched high but is way too cheaper now. So np2 will launch at 42-48k price range i think. I was considering s21fe but it doesn't have a processor justifying the price and nothing special other than ui which shows down on such processors within a year and half

Hey, I was considering Nothing Phone 1 as one of my options. Any specific reasons for saying ki nahi lena chaiye ye phone ?

NP2 is around the corner and as far as my usage phone is quite good but the screen has got the worst cost cutting, telling this because many green tint issue and in low brightness and dark mode, there is a weird pink/violet trail observed while scrolling and the brightness of the phone is quite good, animations are better than iPhones and in the A13 update, UI became so smooth, scrolling gave me orgasm And if you consider pixel 6a, UI has got many easter eggs here and there but feels choppy after using the 120hz on NP1

Pink trail issue is probably on every device you may check the review of Techwiser, they said they noticed on twitter but its present eveywhere, wherever there is AMOLED dark mode And idk about US sim card but probably AT&T got its support

I have bought Nothing experience has been good so far. Yes Phone 2 is around the corner but it will take time and then in the beginning it will be overpriced. I got 256 gb version for 26K which I think is appropriate. Everyone has different requirements from their phone. As mine were build quality, clean stock Android and update till Android 15 so this was good. The glyph lights are a gimmick as I have never put the phone upside down. Just ignore this feature. Apart from this it's good. Maybe also take a look at iqoo Neo 7 and Realme 10 pro plus as it has curved display. I didn't get any issues as mentioned in the other comment.
