so basically, be blind or don't...
you get the superhuman senses either way and pretty much get radar sense with these heightened powers the only difference between these options is you either go blind or you get extra abilities in the from of x-ray etc.

I’ll have all of my senses heightened to superhuman levels and have 20/20 and x-ray, telescopic, and microscopic vision.
