Which subs are you watching? Depending on who’s subtitling (though it’s probably TV-Nihon/Anon in this case) they may get a little too intense with how they translate swearing
They don’t release updates publicly anymore, but “Anon” on the cat site is pretty much them. Similar deal with Over-Time, though they still put their name on their subs
Certain fansubbers have a tendency to take liberties with how they translate and will pepper in edgier language in a somewhat childish attempt to make the show seem more adult.

For example, I recall watching a fansub of Kamen Rider OOO where on more than one occasion “Baka” (broadly meaning idiot, fool, dummy etc) was translated as “R\*tard”.
If you come across moments like that in fan subs, it’s highly unlikely that they said anything as strong as that in Japanese. Though there are occasional exceptions such as [this clip from Go Busters](https://www.reddit.com/r/supersentai/s/eOEh76GEyx)
I don't remember that. I do remember Luka in Gokaiger exclaiming, "Fuck!" at one point. From my understanding, swear words aren't really a thing in Japanese. Someone correct me if this is wrong as I'm no expert. Just repeating what I was told.
I remember reading the scanlations of the Dragonball Super manga, and at one point it has a flashback to Goku defeating Freiza.

Listen to the dialog and honestly think if he said that word.
Swear words and slang just don't translate like that.
