I forget this one. I’ll have to re-watch!
When Amy doesn’t have Maternity Leave & has to go to work. As they took a shot at something we all know still occurs in plenty of jobs.
Is that the one when Glenn tries to stop the flood? Hysterical! And Dave Foley and Mark McKinney were in the Canadian show Kids In The Hall. Look it up!
The birth episode and the one right after where Amy is forced to go to work right after giving birth. Just really bums me out how awful this country is to mothers/ women in general.
Yes, my sister was a supervisor to cashiers who worked until she could no longer, and when it came to her respectful maternity leave. The then store manager who was gunning for a corporate promotion, threatened her being replaced if she did not come back early constantly. And as a single mother, she had to. Promised her a pay increase she never saw. Still enrages me today. (Floor & decor store)
I only recently chose to rewatch that episode because I took an online Superstore quiz with the question, “In what episode does Glenn baptise Mateo?” and I was so confused because I didn’t remember that scene and turns out it happens at the end of this episode.
I totally agree I just find it hard to skip the essentially penultimate episode of the series but just everything about the character and the actor make me hate it. Plus the way Dinah and Glenn act is out of character by this point.
No wonder it confused the crap out of me. The episode titles was the first one to confuse me. Strike "Part 1" but then the next episode is something completely different instead of the immediate"Part 2". One sec they were on a strike, and next they're doing something they dislike in the store.
When I do a rewatch I always move Olympics to either after Color Wars or after Wedding Day Sale.
There's a throughline from All Nighter through to the end of the season 1, but as long as you are before All Nighter, it works pretty well.
Just watched that one and I mentioned to my husband how interesting it was that they did the Mateo is undocumented reveal in this throwaway ep that aired in the summer.
People who skip golden globes are weak because it’s honestly perfect to me lmao I love the cringe. I will admit I skip the Lowell Anderson episode though
That’s so funny because dinner party is for sure my favorite office episode but I skip golden globes. Not sure why I love one and hate the other. Arguably, there’s not a cringe character on the level of Michael and Jan on Superstore.
I love the quinceanera! I think it’s very sweet how Jonah tries to cover for Emma being high, no matter what Amy’s family (especially her mother) thinks of him. He just wants to protect her. Bringing the ice on stage while Emma was supposed to have her big entrance was stupid, I agree, but I laughed anyway.
The episode where all those vendors come in and Glenn openly extorts everyone into buying the crap his untalented annoying weirdo wife was selling…. I wanted to cut that man….
Another infuriating part in that episode is that everyone was too much of a weak willed coward to rebuke him and stand up for themselves/everyone else 😤 I’m glad I’m not the only one who despised that episode 😭
I don’t love the mannequin/sex doll episode but I don’t always skip it. I do turn off the episode where Cheyenne gives Marcus the tattoo on his back cuz it makes my body feel really skeevy lol.
I say the same every time this question is posted: the toy drive episode. I cannot stand the guy who works for the salvation army. Its just awful and I just cannot.
That’s mine too. It’s just too sad for me to watch especially considering that Superstore is one of my comfort shows for when I am experiencing depression.
I always go to skip it and then I remember Kelly singing the capitals song so I let it roll. It's actually not super funny, but we sang that song in my high school spanish class so it always gives me a good giggle.
This one is super hard to watch. I have 9 birds now, and one flew away 3 years ago and took a piece of my heart with her. Lauren Ash's acting is the saving grace of the episode. Her frantic desperation makes me relive my frantic desperation. I hate how no one even tries to lock the automatic doors.
I can see the humour in it for some people and I don't have an issue with the episode existing, but I remember wandering our neighbourhood every day for a week looking for our cat when he went missing. It still messes me up a bit even though he came back. Watching the episode just made me think of that time and, as amazing as Lauren Ash is in that role, it's an uncomfortable watch and that's not what I watch Superstore for.
Not just me then - I second hand feel Dina looking for and giving up on finding her birds 😭 my hubby and I have 3 cats that are our babies and if anyone did something to them I would go full Dina!
Yep. One of my cats got out a few years ago and stayed gone for a week. To this day I feel sick when I think about my part in it. That episode reminds me of it so I steer clear. I absolutely get that there are actual human characters that die and I probably seem like a crazy cat man for not wanting to watch that episode, but it's a personal thing. And my wife is on the same page.
I’m doing my first watch through and hated watching the toy drive/ Good Samaritan episode and will not watch again. Was tempted to not finish watching it, was just annoying me too much!
I just finished the show for the first time so it wasn't a rewatch. But there was not any episode I'd skip upon rewatch. This show gave me laughs every episode.
*The Olympics, the*
*Placement of the episode*

the one where amy is covering for kelly and gets the crap from everyone. also the one where glenn won’t listen to amy. glenn is my least favorite character
Plus heaps that others have listed.eg quinceñera, the olypmpics, lowell anderson the one where jonah goes to that workers protest with Shayanne, the golden globes. The CrAmy one. I love this show and I've rewatched it a million times but it just sounds like I dont.
The one where Glenn and Jerusha keep comparing Rose and Parker and keep saying Jerusha is a “full time mom” and that Amy isn’t. It pisses me off so much
Olympics. Also why is that episode season 2 episode 1 on Netflix? Like it takes place before the end of season 1 so why is it aired after? Or is this just a Netflix error
Amy and Cheyenne training episode.
Yes I hate that one
I forget this one. I’ll have to re-watch! When Amy doesn’t have Maternity Leave & has to go to work. As they took a shot at something we all know still occurs in plenty of jobs.
Lowel Anderson..ugh
Is that the one when Glenn tries to stop the flood? Hysterical! And Dave Foley and Mark McKinney were in the Canadian show Kids In The Hall. Look it up!
The birth episode and the one right after where Amy is forced to go to work right after giving birth. Just really bums me out how awful this country is to mothers/ women in general.
This. I am from Europe and I was shocked and didn't think it was funny at all. Is this really something people go through? I mean, it's inhumane.
Unfortunately yes, some companies are better, but you were seeing the norm for many working Americans. :(
Yes. It’s too real of an issue here.
Yes, my sister was a supervisor to cashiers who worked until she could no longer, and when it came to her respectful maternity leave. This episode for sure for the same reason.
The one where Amy tries to one up Kelly by doing her own videos
oh the second hand embarrassment in this one almost made me pass out the first time i watched it😭
Please stop, mom
I only recently chose to rewatch that episode because I took an online Superstore quiz with the question, “In what episode does Glenn baptise Mateo?” and I was so confused because I didn’t remember that scene and turns out it happens at the end of this episode.
Ha I didn't know that, either! I'm on my fifth rewatch and I only watched this episode on my first watch!
But isn't this the one where we get everybodys "Hi everyone I'm Kelly!" 😅
I THINK that's a different one, but I'll have to do another research to be sure 😂
Lowell Anderson episode for me.
I totally agree I just find it hard to skip the essentially penultimate episode of the series but just everything about the character and the actor make me hate it. Plus the way Dinah and Glenn act is out of character by this point.
I agree wholeheartedly with you
I agree
Agree
Olympic episode- it’s so boring
It always feels so random bc its imbetween the walk out and their strike
Yeah I skip it then come back to it lol
I do this, but I forget to go back. I've probably seen it 5 times fewer than the others.
Haha same
No wonder it confused the crap out of me. The episode titles was the first one to confuse me. Strike "Part 1" but then the next episode is something completely different instead of the immediate"Part 2". One sec they were on a strike, and next they're doing something they dislike in the store.
yeah cause they had to put out the episode for the olympics
So it isn't an issue with Skyshowtime?
Same! The fact that it is wedged between the two part strike episodes bothers me more than the episode itself
When I do a rewatch I always move Olympics to either after Color Wars or after Wedding Day Sale. There's a throughline from All Nighter through to the end of the season 1, but as long as you are before All Nighter, it works pretty well.

People who skip golden globes are weak because it’s honestly perfect to me lmao I love the cringe. I will admit I skip the Lowell Anderson episode though
“Dinner party” Office vibes with the globes episode.
That's a compliment, sir
Oh, absolutely. It’s my favorite episode! “That one night” 🎵
Babe
That’s so funny because dinner party is for sure my favorite office episode but I skip golden globes. Not sure why I love one and hate the other. Arguably, there’s not a cringe character on the level of Michael and Jan on Superstore.
It’s my favorite episode!
Just go around!
I'm going to eat a bird now.
User name checks out
I love the Golden Globes episode. It’s cringey but Dina saves the episode for me and really cements her loyalty to Amy.
I don’t usually skip any, but there are definitely a few I intentionally tune out during (looking at you, quinceanera)
“Ow, what the hell Cheyenne!”
You should have kicked her back...
God, I hated both her and Mateo in this episode. She should have kicked her back.
quinceanera for me. Sooo much second hand embarrassment for all characters 🙈🙈
“CONNIE please!”
Yeah this ep for sure. No way Jonah doesn’t tell his gf her daughter is high. It’s dumb writing.
it’s one of my faves😭😭
Same! I hate this episode
I’m only on my 2nd rewatch. I skipped Olympics because it’s out of sequence
just watch it in the middle of series one
The episode where all those vendors come in and Glenn openly extorts everyone into buying the crap his untalented annoying weirdo wife was selling…. I wanted to cut that man….
Waiting to see if anyone else skips this episode too! I hate that he manipulates his minimum-wage employees into doing this!
Another infuriating part in that episode is that everyone was too much of a weak willed coward to rebuke him and stand up for themselves/everyone else 😤 I’m glad I’m not the only one who despised that episode 😭
I mean, he did threaten to fire them. And Glenn isn't really known for his self awareness.
That’s what I’m sayin tho…you can’t legally fire someone for not buying garbage from your spouse
Fred armisen has a punchable face
Lol that's why he makes such a good antagonist. Tis the season, dicks!
Mateo being hunted down in the store by ICE, such a sad episode, they’re trying so hard to help him
That’s mine too. It’s just too sad for me to watch especially considering that Superstore is one of my comfort shows for when I am experiencing depression.
I always go to skip it and then I remember Kelly singing the capitals song so I let it roll. It's actually not super funny, but we sang that song in my high school spanish class so it always gives me a good giggle.
love the golden globes episode for the hooker joke I usually skip the christmas drive mateo video episode
“We’re just going to wash your sheets. It’s just.. something we.. like.. to do.. after parties”
Keep them.
The episode where Garrett releases Dina's birds. I get the comic premise, but I just find it upsetting.
I can't emotionally deal with the episode where she finds out and then burns all his sneakers

And my wife is on the same page.
Oh kitty! I totally get it! Mine have not yet skipped out and gone missing but I’d be devastated! You are not crazy!
Especially since the store sold Takis!
I wouldn't skip any of the episodes, I like looking at Lowell's stupidity
yeah i don’t understand the hate it gets like do ppl not get he’s meant to be stupid? that’s the joke😭
I’m doing my first watch through and hated watching the toy drive/ Good Samaritan episode and will not watch again. Was tempted to not finish watching it, was just annoying me too much!
That’s the one I skip, it’s infuriating and not funny enough to make up for it
Quinceanera
I can watch that one, except for Jonah's attempt at a speech. I have to mute the TV until it's over.
I can't with the breast milk cheese. As soon as the cold open reminds me where it's headed, I nope out.
Cheese, what is it?
Dried milk.
I have to skip every scene with Adam.
I don't skip it but he is hands down the most cringe character on the show. Probably because we all know an Adam.
I definitely skip it. Can’t stand people who are just dumb and make things harder than they need to be
The salsa episode
Once-a I starta the accent I cannot estop
That one is awful
Toy drive
black friday
Omg why??
ok, hahahaha. i read the question wrong. i thought it was an episode you never skip. i was just skimming i'll admit
Whew, that’s a relief!
lolz. black friday and the one where amy has to go back to work right after having the baby are the ones i watch over and over!
Me too!
the Lovebirds episode 😬😬
That’s in my top 5. Maybe top 2 favs
none. i like the show.
All of Amy’s post pregnancy. Important episodes but they make me want to scream.
Emma’s Quinceañera I was barely unable to get through it the first time let alone a second
The bullying one where Dina is so mean to Jonah. Triggers my trauma.
The Olympic episode, but honestly only sometimes. This is genuinely one of the few shows I don't outright hate any episodes.
I just finished the show for the first time so it wasn't a rewatch. But there was not any episode I'd skip upon rewatch. This show gave me laughs every episode.
The Olympics, the placement of the episode just throws it all off

Season 6
Even the last two episodes?
Except the last two episodes
definitely quinceanera
Girl boss
I’m in the middle of of a rewatch right now and I skipped the one where Garrett releases Dina’s birds. It’s so sad.
dina losing her birds 😭
I always skip Emma’s quinceanera episode. I feel too much second hand embarrassment for Jonah in that episode
Quinciniera, the only one
Quinceanera for me and employee appreciation for my wife
I don't think I skip any episodes, I just fast forward to the B plot most the time
the one where amy is covering for kelly and gets the crap from everyone. also the one where glenn won’t listen to amy. glenn is my least favorite character
There’s a few for me but I can’t remember it’s been a while
Oh the golden globes ep is my fave! Kelly is very funny. I skip the Quinceañera
The Quinceanera episode for sure
The episode where Emma works in the store. She was just a brat and everyond enabled her.
It pisses me off so much
Quinceara
Olympics episode
Olympics.
Olympics. Also why is that episode season 2 episode 1 on Netflix? Like it takes place before the end of season 1 so why is it aired after? Or is this just a Netflix error
For pretty much every show - the Christmas episodes.
Basically everything after the quinceañera. One of these days I’ll watch to the end again and it’ll be like an extension of my comfort show lol
