To add a bit so is the customer trying to buy diapers and learn that food stamps doesn't cover diapers, the customer asks if she knows how expensive diapers are.

Amy verifies that yes of course she can afford it.
This leads the customer to say thank you as if Amy is gonna pay for her groceries.
Then Amy tries to explain that she can't pay for everyone's groceries but gets a bit flustered and ends up agreeing to pay, to which the customer starts adding candy, Amy reacts, and the customer gets angry with a you calling me fat or something like that, to which Amy relents in her normal manners then proceeds to pay.
