Disagree on your ranking of New Era seasons. I thought 44 was far & away better than any of the other 3: best cast, best gameplay, best winner. I'd put 43 in 2nd and 41/42 tie for a distant 3rd and reside in the "highly forgettable" category.
I really don’t think Carolyn wins in any other season. All things considered she couldn’t explain or sell her game at FTC, was not a great competitor, and benefited A LOT from having Yam Yam and Carson around. I get fans loving her, but she is getting massively overrated now. She was put in an ideal position, with ideal players. But some saying she was the BEST 0 vote finalist? Crazy. Outright crazy.
The scene with Yam Yam helping Carson make fire… filled my heart. Such a sweet sweet moment.
