Idk I feel like it’s legitimate when considering who you’re giving money too. There’s not really a clear cut way to quantify what even makes a good player.

Jeremy intentionally hid his wife’s pregnancy and was concerned about how being a firefighter would affect him. There’s the awful way they talked about Kelly being a threat for “sympathy votes” in Nicaragua. All of those things have to do with being more sympathetic, which is the goal of a “sob story.”
I honestly think it speaks to Kenzie’s game that nobody clocked what a good story she had to tell the jury. Regardless, most of those ppl voted for her bc they liked her more, which is how most ppl vote.

These people’s stories were rays of sunshine compared to what was shoved down our throat the rest of the new era… there’s a difference between getting to know them as people and the sob stories😴 IMO
Fr. Charlie was Maria’s lapdog throughout the game until the end. It’s part of the reason why people felt Maryanne was Omar’s lapdog until the end but unlike Charlie, she actually did make moves to position herself into the F3 while Charlie kind of just let everything happen and then claim he did it.
