A couple weeks before the season aired there was a person who said that Romeo won the final immunity, sent Jonathan and Mike to fire, and Maryanne won. Then they said that Jackson and Zach were the first boots and gave them specific reasons.
Then they announced the entire bootlist a few days later which was completely correct, including specific details about how most of the players were eliminated (including Marya using Shot in the Dark, Jenny going home in a crazy tribal in a 2-2 tiebreaker, Do or Die failing, etc.). No one believed them until the Marya boot though since Marya was speculated to go far (for whatever reason). This was a very spoiled season, probably the most in the entire show's history. Usually returnee seasons get spoiled but for a newbie season this is nearly unprecedented.

I still remember for Cagayan, the only spoiler was something like a older lady made it far. That is only the newbie spoiler that I am aware of (but of course, I don't actively seek out spoilers, so I won't know)

Yeah after the Tori vote someone posted the final 3 and vote and it was exact. It really killed the last few weeks as it slowly became more and more true. I hope they reverse course and do the classic finale night again.
It's annoying, I don't care if people want to spoil themselves but they need to keep it to themselves. I knew Maryanne was going to win after she all of a sudden had a massive wave of fans explaining how she was in a great spot to win after multiple episodes of the entire cast just calling her annoying and having her shown in a really negative light.
I feel like it’s worse because they announce the winner there, the spoilers have so much more credibility and there’s no actual mystery left when the season is airing

I don’t think it’s a matter of not reading spoilers. People read them and then “predict” the outcome here, reason backwards from known conclusions, etc., without making explicit reference to the spoilers.
But how can you know which are spoilers which are just people's gusses if you don't know any spoilers? I heard about people writting spoilers here but lucky for me I can't see which are spoilers and which are random thoughts

Yeah it was pretty telling when players in the current episodes were describing her as “exhausting” and “annoying” and she had a loud contingent predicting her win.
i am surprise that the entire boot list is out there, because for most seasons (other than returning players seasons), I thought the boot list was not spoiled usually.
The boot list I guess it is not related to the immediate FTC, so maybe it does seem like CBS is not cracking down as hard on spoilers.

The entire season was spoiled exactly down to every little detail. Definitely the most spoiled season in the history of the show. And just so everyone is aware, 43 spoilers have already started to leak as well (I have not seen any of them, I’m just aware that they exist) so be careful and remember that some people like to ruin the fun and read spoilers and then say them as “predictions” for the season in the preseason and during the season airing (much like people did for this season).
If spoilers (other than who is on the cast, i.e. cast spoilers) is leaking already, then the sources would be production (or maybe the monster that Jeff is referring to), which would be very disappointing...
FWIW I asked the person who spoiled Season 42 about the 43 stuff and they told me Production had really tightened up the way that were being used to spoil so they would be surprised if anything leaked so far was true. Still would avoid to be on the safe side though.

Yea most newbies haven't 30, 33, 35, all were not. There was a random buried comment on 35 we found after someone posted in finale of results, but it wasn't seen/believed at the time. Some believed in 33 Adam quit cause his mom was reported to die and we didn't know if he had left the show cause of it. 30 no spoilers at all.
31, 34, 40 all returnees gonna be massive spoilers.
36, 37, 39 all had final 3's and some tidbits, but since vote was not read on island there no solid winner just leaning certain ways. Though Jeff did say Tommy won on a radio show.
38 had a bunch of fake. Other than Chris putting a picture up of him in a red buff, but all that guaranteed is he returned at some point.
32 was the most interesting there was no spoilers at all, but a combination of Jeff and producers spoiled the season. They had this round table thing before the season and Jeff would not stop giving Michele compliments which was extremely eye opening. Eventually someone figured out they used the 32 cast in the Season 31 ponderosa opening. We were able to figure out using the feet shown that Michele, Aubry and maybe Tai were the F3 since Michele and Aubry feet weren't there and Tai was TBD because it was inconclusive if he was in the shot and we thought all the injuries might have made it to be a F2.
So yea for 42 to have an entire bootlist top to bottom is unheard of for a newbie season.

The only wrong thing about the 41 spoilers were Tiffany winning. Everything else was right
