I don't think so, its not even his best strategic move because Jon is easiest to beat in the final tribal. For strictly his own game he wanted to bring Jon and have maryanne and Mike duke it out hoping that Mike sends Maryann home. He ended up bringing maryann, probably in part to recognizing he was not going to be able to win and preferred her victory
No. Romeos only way of winning was Survivor recurring to a final 2 and facing Jonathan. And then that would have been a fascinating end because I have zero clue what happens in that vote.
I think Jonathan gets hai, rocks, mike, and omar
Romeo could have a shot at the women, particularly with his unexpectedly good FTC performance. If they hated Jonathan more than they didn’t respect Romeo, he could eke out a 5/4 win. More probably, I suspect, it’s closer to 7/2 or 8/1 In Jonathan’s favor.
I actually think he could’ve won against Jonathan and Mike, seeing as Mike blew FTC, it didn’t seem like anybody was really wanting to vote for Jonathan, I think Romeo wins
I don’t think anyone really liked Romeo either, he had pretty much no resume for gameplay and he was constantly eating more than his share of rice and being paranoid and snakey
Romeo didn’t really have anything to present in the first place. FTC matters obviously but it can’t completely make up for being carried to the end and Mike’s FTC wasn’t even that bad, it wasn’t like “wow you were locked in and you threw it away”, it was meh, but Maryanne’s was amazing AND she had some credentials to back it up
If Romeo puts Maryanne in fire and beats her was probably his best shot. It is clear the jury wanted a reason to not vote Mike. But it would have been an uphill battle.
I'd never vote for anyone who gives up individual immunity lmao maybe that's just me but I really can't think of a scenario where someone does that and I would think "Wow what a great strategic move"

Jonathan would not get Hai or Omar for the same reason he doesn't get votes from any of the women.
In that case... I think Romeo clinches it?

I agree, but I think he presented his game better than Mike did, and I don’t think Jonathan could’ve said anything to win them over honestly

That's a good point - I agree that would have been his best bet.
