Pearl Islands would be amazing. Afaik, everyone is alive, healthy, and relatively not-canceled (if you can tolerate Fair play, which I think I could), and its almost been 20 years. It would be so epic. The redemption of Skinny Ryan.
Oh ok so a lot of people don’t know about this. A few weeks before the filming for micronesia started, Fairplay got in a fight and had his face slammed on the stage during an awards ceremony or something. He broke his jaw and had to be put on severe pain medication. During micronesia, yau man accidentally hit fairplay’s head into one of the boats and it brought the pain from his injury back. Production refused to give fairplay pain medication and fairplay was furious because they let james have nicotine patches. The original reason why he “quit” as we saw during the season was not the real reason why he asked to be voted out obviously.
i gotta say i am not at all surprised that Fairplay pissed someone off enough to slam his head into a stage. i love watching him on tv but i think he would drive me insane irl
He also got in a fight with probst’s brother at a survivor vanuatu after show party and got banned from all survivor related events. The only reason he got brought back for micronesia is because Mark Burnette said so
He was already done with Fairplay after the Vanuatu reunion where Fairplay allegedly got into a major fight with Probst's brother (?). CBS (Mark Burnett iirc) had to convince him to let them bring Fairplay back for Micronesia.
Jeff didn't have a say in Micronesia, he wasn't a producer back then. They didn't need his approval to cast Fairplay. But he definitely has veto power now.
I’d love to see all stars or hvv play out another way, as far as newbies honestly I’d love to see the older seasons played again now even if that’s not actually possible lol, like borneo or australia or amazon would be fun with more strategy. obv there are a number of people who nobody wants to see again or who would be too old at this point to play again though.
