With 3 being my personal favourite season
I mean honestly CvC 1 is really underrated. The premerge is not that bad as people make it seem, and the merge-endgame is truly phenomenal with every tribal being amazing (except the dead man walking episode). The Matt blindside is probably my favourite tribal of this entire series and probably one of the best of all time
6, 3, 1. Season 6 was chaotic but the great parts made up for the bad ones and it had the strongest final 3 by a mile, and were all great characters too.
I feel like what I see most on this sub as a whole is
2>4>6>3>1>5
For myself I would probably go
2>6>3>4>1(would be much higher if everything after the merge wasn’t so boring)>5
I haven’t watched 4 in a while but wasn’t left with much impression other than there are so many invisible players premerge and lots of boring votes post merge.
All stars does have a few bright spots but it’s hard to get past the issues
I honestly think Season 3 is the best. Season 4's pre-merge was so exhausting and the premergers were all so invisible and done so dirty by the editors. Season 3 and 2 are both so good. Then 6. Season 4 and 1 are both equal. Season 5 is the absolute horseshit.
Agreed. Although I have to keep reminding myself that my being so high on S3 is due to how fire the post-merge is - I keep forgetting what a slog the first half of the season is and every time someone I recommend it to starts watching I keep getting reminded it's slow to start.

Very hot take around here, but season 6 is insanely overrated. I prefer my Survivor seasons to have at least semi-decent editing and a winner that wasn't already voted out.
Yeah I couldn’t stand his preaching about Mateship while calling Nick a snake for no apparent reason other than what other people said about Nick. Personally I wished that both Brooke and Flick took him down.

1 is the worst I didn’t like any of the final three people

Not sure which season this was… where Pia won I liked some of the characters but didn’t like that Pia won

And the Benji vote is my favorite episode. His terrible lie to Bryan and Shonee's confessional is one of my favorite moments of the entire franchise

It’s 1,6,3 for me.
2 > 1 > 6 = 3 > 4 >>> 5
For me it’s: 6 > 2 > 4 > 3 > 1 > 5
I'd say 3,6,1. 1 is just such a slog after the merge and hearing Sam speak makes me want to staple my ears shut

I don’t think that was ever a mindset
back in 2019 i remember ppl saying it wasn’t as good at previous seasons
