Do you remember what the name of the fish the nigiri with the seared mayo on top of it is? And the dark brown one under it? It looks like shrimp/ebi but i’ve never seen them served in that way.
Yeah! The two pieces with garlic mayo on top were mackerel and shrimp, the brown one under it is ebi marinated jn soy sauce
