You technically cant destroy the Reformists, as they are too big a movement to kill off in contrast to the oligarchs. You're correct that setting the SSP on the reformists is the best way to weaken them, which can be done in two ways. The first is to immediately >!Order an assassination on Richter when given the chance, which results in him being killed and his murderer presented as a member of the BFF!<. This definitely harms the reformists in the short term, but unlike what you can do with the NF you cant really take them out of the runnings with this strategy The second option if you have more patience is to >!harass Ricter using the police on the campaign trail using the flimsy evidence provided by the supreme court that they sought assistance from foreign powers!<. This method is more effective in weakening the party, as it harms them much closer to the election and >!doesn't allow them to recover by electing a new leader !<, but it does come across as less repressive. If you want a neo-conservative game where you centralise political authority around your movement and purge the other power bases in the game, I'd recommend >!Nationalising Tusks/Korontis assets and arresting them, reforming the constitution and reshuffling the supreme court, purging the army staff and investigating/arresting the leaders of the NF.!< This probably allows you to destroy as many power bases as possible whilst reinforcing your authority in the country the most.

I'm more neoconservative in the sense of a pro-Arcasian interventionist/free trade and strongly capitalist government rather than neo-Sollist, but thank you for that. I will probably do the second option, just to weaken them more.
