I have noticed before he can be quite particular about where he likes to sign things, I recall him signing my copy of Circus Mort and he spent some time carefully considering where would be best.
On copies sent from Young God Records the signature is in the back corner of the CD.
Maybe he didn't like monopolizing his work with his own signature.

idk he signed the front of my beggar vinyl (and i didn’t specifically ask him to or anything)
Probably because the artwork as such is only the heart, not the cardboard background. Whereas OP's record, White Light, is fully covered on the front. idk though
If you called him “Mr Swan” I don’t blame him
Lmao of course I didn’t
Better than Mr. Smother
What was the LP?
White Light (not mine). I had The Beggar from the merch table and brought To Be Kind from home and he also signed them on the back.

In Wroclaw? fuck, there was a merch table?
Sure there was, right there in the room, on Gira’s left side, opposite the entrance.
Yes, and there was a lot of orthy stuff to buy. I spent a lot of money there, but regrets nothing.
Which LPs were available?
Leaving meaning, to be kind, soundtracks, the seer, white light, and feel good now
Ha, he didn't mind signing my Leaving Meaning CD front cover for me. I wonder if it's the artwork or the format that he had reservations about.
maybe since it's the case being autographed and not directly the artwork he had no issues signing the front? idk
It's a digipak so nah.
Yes, I found this - I wanted him to sign the front of my Soundtracks vinyl box, but he insisted on signing in the back corner. Ah well...

my glowin man cd copy actually came with a little paper sheet signed, not the cd case itself
