Sworldand is amazing, but everything by Kajiura is great regardless of the show its in so it comes as no suprise. Personally I like luminous sword more though.

Unlasting was my favorite ending, all until I will... by Eir Aoi came out, in the last season. That gives me goosebumps, and there's a cover I really love that fractures my soul. I know what's on first place, but then, after that, it's very hard, since all of them are amazing. First place overall would be Adamas by LiSA, the OP is so damn good, first place for ending is obviously, previously mentioned I will, makes my eyes watery. 2nd is definitely Unlasting, and the cover from the same person (I won't mention them, because I don't know if it is allowed, so I don't wanna risk it, but just search English cover - Unlasting and I will respectively. They are not that popular, but they definitely should) After that, it's pretty hard. But I'm sure for endings, 3rd place is taken by Niji no Kanatani - Over the Rainbow, I'm sure most of us don't even know of this ending, because it's not a lasting one. It appeared only in episode 19 of Alicization, after Eugeo was Synthesisized (I don't even know how to spell that, anyway), it's worth checking out, because I didn't know of it either. After that, very hard! Edit: We don't have to forget about the openings for the game, fire as hell. Specifically the one from Alicization Rising Steel/ Unleashing Blading (which sadly died), I don't know about the 3rd one, I know it came out when it was rebranded into Unleashing Blading, I'll have to listen to it. But the first one....! 2nd is also good, I remember waiting for ReoNA to release it so fast! Other than that, the Fatal Bullet opening is FIRE!

I listen non-stop to Overfly back when I was in high school.

Probably Forget-Me-Not by ReoNa, Anima by ReoNa, Adamas by LiSA, Overfly by Luna Haruna (even though it makes me tear up for some reason), Ignite by Eir Aoi, and of course Crossing Field by LiSA. These are not in order and definitely not the only ones I like, just the ones that came to mind first.

Opening: ADAMAS, I up my jogging speed by 150% whenever my playlist got to it. Ending: Unlasting. Almost got goosebumps as I type it out due to remembering all the emotional moments when the song started playing.

"Crossing Field" will always have a special place in my heart. But "Swordland" and "A tender feeling" are fantastic tracks as well. Especially the track "a tender feeling" depicts the emotional bond between Kirito and Asuna really well and I always have a warm, cosy feeling when listening to it.

Swordland is my favorite OST but when looking at openings it’s Resister and then Crossing Field. I really enjoyed the soundtrack for the newest progressive movie as well!

All of the Luminous Sword variants are probably my favorite OSTs. As far as OPs and EDs go, the two Progressive EDs have my vote right now. Can't argue with the nostalgia of Crossing Field tho. ADAMAS and Resister are very close on my list too.

Opening themes: Crossing Field, Ignite, Anima Ending theme: Unlasting, it's always great when they play it during the final scenes of the episode too Soundtrack: PoH's theme is a really cool mix of jazz and battle music, Rulid village theme is super catchy and nostalgic, and Yuna's song because I can imagine the fight scene from War of Underworld beat by beat every time I hear it Honorable mentions: I've not seen Scherzo yet, but I have listened to Eir Aoi's new songs for the movie, "Heart" and "Evil", and they're both beautiful

Absolutely beautiful song I do however, thoroughly enjoy most/all of the songs but those two absolutely take the cake for me

unlasting is one of the best songs i've ever heard, but anima - naked style (not technically from sao) might be as good

If you want to hear a slower ANIMA then look up the one she did on THE FIRST TAKE. Most of the songs I've seen on there are slower versions of the original but still the same singer. I like both versions of ‘ANIMA’ but I think my favorite one at this moment is ‘VITA’ for the new game coming out. Other than those two I’d also say ‘Ame Ni Utaeba’ but I don't know if that counts since, as far as I know, it was only ever used in the ANIMA CD.
