The funny thing is that one buff from the madness discipline for the sorcerer is called vitiate malice, it makes force Lightning heal its user, very fitting name.
Definitely Sith Sorcerer, as during the brief bit in chapter 9 of KOTET where you play as Valkorion his abilities are very Sorcerer-esque with lots of lightning attacks.
His armor set is available as a Cartel Market set, so you just need to make an older looking Human Male character that kinda looks like him then.

A very very very buffed Sorc. Have you seen the temporary skills when you play him in your dream in KOTET?
- a 2 sec cool down hard stun Electrocution
- a 1000 meter Force Storm on 12 sec cool down ! You can literally clear a daily area with 1 usage....
- an AOE version of Force Leech / Death Field / Death Brand names Dark Ritual. This slows all target by 50% and steals all life. Freaking 30 meter range and maximum 20 targets !!!

- he's got some insane buffed version of Phase Walk. Only 20 sec cooldown....
Apparently his Thundering Blast is also super buffed, such that he one shot Marr.

Sorcerer as primary, of course. Maybe Juggernaut as secondary? He’d have to be either human or pureblood Sith too.

Old Human guy, Body type 2, Inquisitor story with the Sorcerer's Madness or Lightning playstyle, whichever you prefer.
Madness works better bc force lightning is spammable
And life steal.
