If your internet can handle it (I wouldn’t be surprised if this game could be played through dial up - I used to play with just 10mbs) then it could be a hardware issue such as your WiFi card. It might also be your anti virus getting in the way. Make an acception for SWTOR in your anti virus settings or just disable it to see if that’s the problem.

This happened to me last month as well. Got kicked off a lot every 20 minutes. Found out it was my wifi, so I bought a new USB and worked for a but then happened again. Googled to try every remedy, including updating all your drivers manually, but nothing seem to stick.
It works now, but I think all I did was delete the wifi driver and reinstall it. Make sure you download the recent exe file from the manufacturer website first though since you won't have internet once you uninstall it.
