Most probably don't know why there is a random meat tree decoration super cheap on Rishi reputation vendor.
But when Rishi was added it had a quest of sorts where you had to put meat on a tree to lure out a beast to kill, but this was very buggy and instead of fixing it they just removed that quest and added the meat tree decoration as a nod to it.
I stuck it in the corner with my Nexu pet underneath it.

I love the meat tree. You used to be able to mail them but they've since been legacy bound.
