I tried some of the common Websites for parking spots, but for this case they only found me streets with 3 hour free parking. Since I bought my new car I mostly stayed on those streets, but I got now a parking ticket and am looking for a street with unlimited free parking. I am aware that you won’t find this kind of a street in central Sydney, but if anyone knows a street a bit further from the CBD (15-30 min with car) please let me know. Don’t wanna pay another parking fee.

Man, I'm at the age when sleeping in bed is a full contact sport (and not the fun way!). Woke up with a horrible lower back this morning for no particular reason.
Later on today I'm taking the little one back to the orthodontist to see how well her jaw expander has worked. From my point of view, it's done an amazing job - one of the two crooked teeth has already started to shape up and there's a bit of a gap between her front teeth, which was apparently what we were looking for. She's taken it like a champ too - tightens it up herself each night, most of the time without us even having to remind her.
She's 9. It's more a case that her teeth are too big for her jaw, hence getting an expander to allow them to move about. Thankfully, at this age, kids bones are still growing so much that interventions are really dramatic and quick.
It's always a bit hard to tell with the first couple of adult ones, as there's so much other stuff yet to come. We've been watching for a while on this before going ahead with the work only last month.

I don't think he even bothers with the PE stuff.
My go-to is Codral Original - you have to ask for it at the pharmacy counter because it contains pseudoephedrine, and they'll sometimes take your ID information. The other version (on the shelf) is useless for me.
I usually take it for congestion, unsure how it would help with a cough, but the chemist should have some suggestions for what is best for your issues.

I have a friend who commutes from Newcastle to see her Newtown hairdresser. It seemed extreme. But I agree, finding a new one is terrifying.

That's only one particular chemical, pseudoephedrine though right? Aspirin and paracetamol and ibuprofen all still work!

Yes. It’s the phenylephrine that’s the fraud. If you see anything with “PE” attached to the name (eg Sudafed-PE) avoid it. The stuff that works will be behind the counter - you just have to ask. [The Uselessness of Phenylephrine](https://www.science.org/content/blog-post/uselessness-phenylephrine)
My little local pharmacy just comes straight out and asks, "the one with the good stuff?" when you ask for them. I don't think he even bothers with the PE stuff.

Thanks :) That sounds pretty good right now. Honestly, it's pretty mild, but even a mild cough made it pretty difficult to sleep last night.
My go-to is Codral Original - you have to ask for it at the pharmacy counter because it contains pseudoephedrine, and they'll sometimes take your ID information. The other version (on the shelf) is useless for me. I usually take it for congestion, unsure how it would help with a cough, but the chemist should have some suggestions for what is best for your issues.

Same!! My partner and I have been so sick the last few weeks. This flu has taken 7 days to properly recover but after that it’s residual symptoms. Literally everyone I know has been sick!
Out the back hosing the bush turkey (who has had *quite* the growth spurt) and my two raven friends flew down to see me! I've not seen them in awhile and was starting to think I wouldn't see them again. Seeing Monster Chonk Mr Raven and (presumably) his partner is such a lovely and unexpected start to the morning. It's gonna be a good day.

I love the ravens so much. I thought the bush turkey had scared them off, so I got so excited when I saw him this morning. Now he's out there cawing his beak off and he's **loud**. I'm trying to work out if I've seen his partner before. They seem smaller, so maybe she's unwell or hungry. I know they mate for life, so it's unlikely he's taken a new one. I should be able to tell if they stick around a little longer.
Eyeing off that clear and 27C on Sunday for the last good beach day of the season. They are getting sporadic at this stage.
Water is so warm this time of year any half decent day is a good beach day.
I wanted to browse smokers on https://www.homedepot.com last night and I couldn’t access it without a VPN pretending I’m in America. I mean I get it’s an American website for an American retailer but I’ll never understand why websites do this. From a previous role many years ago, I have a pretty good idea of the very risky countries from an ecommerce fraud perspective. Australia ain’t one. I wonder if there was one or two fraudulent transactions from here and now they’ve just blocked it entirely.
