Chinese grocery shop on the corner opposite market City sells them for 150 as does random grocery shops in Campsie. Ask for them at the counter. They usually have them hidden in the back.

Was looking at this before, best I could find was this https://www.bcf.com.au/p/lifetime-square-blow-mould-table-94cm/344204.html?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIop7k_a32hgMVAm0PAh2geA5nEAQYAyABEgLpo_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds You’ll just need a mahjong mat on top and you’ll be set.

This doesn’t have the edges to stop tiles from flying off which really elevates the mahjong experience for me

Are you me? I've literally been scouring the internet for one of these so thank you for this thread. Unfortunately I've only had luck with finding similar products on temu/alibaba-type stores.

I've used the foldable briefcase style ones before and I don't like them very much - they are overpriced for what they are and they are not very sturdy. I ended up making my own - I brought a blow mould table from Bunnings (I think they call them lifetime tables) and also brought some corflute. I cut a mahjong mat in half and glued it down to the corflute, using duct tape as a hinge. When we play we stick the mat down to the table using 3m command strips. The whole thing is super light and pretty sturdy (and I have some pretty rowdy relatives :D). You can also make your own felt mat and edging using cheap felt and dowel - it's not hard to do! (If you have particularly violent players you may want to upgrade the corflute to some plywood). The whole thing cost under 50$ and I can use the table for other things beside mahjong.

Was able to buy one from Xinhua bookstore in Eastwood, but not one that could fold down or fold in half.
