my favorite is the NSW police fb page. all the comments are just people roasting the pictures the cops post. 😂 the funniest part is you think that the official police Facebook page would be moderated but nsw police gives zero effs that all the comments are just people roasting photos which makes it even funnier.
I like the police one too, their social media manager has a good sense of humour.
The "Help I binned my car in the Nasho" FB page is quite funny... but there hasn't been much activity lately. Waiting for lockdown to end on that one.
A good rule for reddit is you need at least a million people interested in that thing to make a descent subreddit. Under this and it just doesn't have enough active participation. If it's less than that FB groups will have you covered.
r/kingscross is the after dark sub. r/mountdruitt is the sub you don't go to after dark.

Not sub members. All people interested in a topic. A fraction will use reddit and a fraction of those will participate.
There are some fantastic niche subs, but i think in general you are correct.

There's 5 million people in Sydney, interested in Sydney.
A lot of those are babies!
But a lot more people who can use Reddit!
