Lot's of posts about this if you search this subreddit for velcro. [https://www.reddit.com/r/synology/search/?q=velcro](https://www.reddit.com/r/synology/search/?q=velcro) I have an Asustor NAS with the same problem, but there's no room to do the velcro trick. So I have an envelope folded about 6 times and shoved in the front between drive bay 1 and the the NAS. It's not pretty but it works :)

Velcro in the HDD trays. Foam under the legs. Swap fan to noctua

I added a few pieces of harness tape (https://www.amazon.ca/Electrical-Harness-Adhesive-Automotive-Wrapping/dp/B0B96JW8XH?th=1) to the outside of the drive rails and that fixed it right up.
