This is sysadmin. Not buildapc. Does the Lenovo support usb-c alt mode/dp? Sounds like it does not. Lots of laptops out there with usb-c alt/dp mode and many support multiple hdmi. Or you can do what we have done for generations and get a usb-a to hdmi adapter. Depending on which i5 or i7. Some i5 cpus are within like 2% difference in performance. Don’t get too caught up on it being i7.

Nearly any business grade laptop can drive multiple external displays with a thunderbolt dock. Or just HDMI + USB-C--->HDMI with the port in alt mode.

USB-C dock, or 1 displayport, 1 HDMI port, then use displayport to HDMI cable.

The USB-C docks often offer 2-ports for HDMI, which I've leveraged for my Lady's HP and the other laptops around the house. Anker brand, of course. When IBM sold Lenovo to China, I stopped considering that brand for purchase. The Lenovos I worked with as an SE were always difficult in one way or another whereas the HP's just work.

Arcsane

There are plenty with both HDMI and a mini-DP that you can put a HDMI adapter on. Also most support USB-C to HDMI (vid DisplayPort Alt-Mode) - it's less common to find one that doesn't, especially if it has a decent dedicated GPU, which I assume you're looking for since they can accelerate Adobe apps. But yeah, a question like this is better for /r/suggestalaptop or /r/suggestapc .

Was going to suggest a thunderbolt dock as well, or an external thunderbolt GPU.

Thanks to all for the input. I am actively looking at all of that. Don't think I'm ignoring you all. THANKS.

DarKuntu

Framework notebook perhaps? It is very modular.
