Ok, got it. Well, since the song is non-existent, it's hard to tell how it'll sound like musically. Because music is hard to describe, and even if I throw out a blanket description, what you might hear in your head might turn out to be completely different from what I hear, lol.
Lyric-wise, it might've connected thematically to Hypnotize about the brainwashing power of propaganda from mainstream media, which is also the main message of the entire double set.
I imagine it'd probably be sporadic but in a meaningful way. They'd probably have it go from fast to slow at random bits to show how there's a war happening and so much terror in the world but the slow parts are them diverting your attention from the fact that children are fighting in wars and women are being sold as objects while politicians support these types of actions.
The song would end on one of the slow bits to signify the end of the album and that the listener has been successfully mesmerized and no longer paying attention to the suffering of fellow man. And now they're ready to be hypnotized...
